I am overall feeling that the nail job I had done today was subpar especially for the price. The one thing I really dislike is having the employees speaking to each other in a foreign language while working on a client. I find it offensive & extremely unprofessional. The woman that was doing my nails filed the side of my nails down way to far & I haf to point it out to her so she could fix it. She then said & I quote "You have fat fingers". I said to the woman, "yes I do have wide fingers bcuz, I have Rheumatoid arthritis & you twisting & squeezing my fingers the way you are is very painful", she never apologized & continued to talk about me to her daughter directly in my face. How RUDE! I still left a more than 20% tip that she did not deserve. I will not be going back to this establishment again.

Hands down the best nail salon in Howell. Today was my first time visiting and their customer service was excellent as well as the great pedicure!! Never going anywhere else again.

New owners and we will not be back!! My daughter went in they took over 2 hours doing her nails. They left an old nail on. Would not file her nails during the service. Had her wash her hands for a service we have never washed our hands for and some polish came off. They were joking about it. Seriously rude and joking about it! They spent more time trying to fix her nails and they still look horrible! Don't do a service you don't know how to do! Then she was leaving and they said, "are you going to pay?" She paid for a terrible job to avoid confrontation. Went back in to discuss with owners about giving her money back she is very unsatisfied and they were rude and would not give her money back. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE STEP FOOT IN YOUR SALON! You just lost EIGHT customers! What a disappointment!!!!! We miss you TIA!

I had a shellac manicure. It was a rushed and sloppy job. My nails were not filed properly or evenly and the first coat of shellac went on to my cuticles. The second coat did not go all the way to the edges, so you can see exactly where it started. One of the nails chipped within the first hour after I left. The price was right, but as the saying goes, you definitely get what you pay for.

I have been going to Q Nails for over 3 years. My husband and I go almost monthly for manicures and pedicures. The staff is very friendly and they do great work for a very reasonable price. Their massage chairs are new within the last year and are very comfortable. It is very clean insdie and they take care to sanitize all tools between clients. I have also had the shellac done here and it lasts longer than any other place I've been because of the high quality work they do. Highly recommended!

I am overall feeling that the nail job I had done today was subpar especially for the price. The one thing I really dislike is having the employees speaking to each other in a foreign language while working on a client. I find it offensive & extremely unprofessional.
