Horrible place. Walked in right before a group of 4 people. I had called ahead to ask for an appointment and they told me they could take me. I just wanted a polish removal and reapplication (shellac). I have had my nails done with shellac in many different places for years now. I sat down and was out of the salon within 10 minutes. I feel that they rushed each curing between coats because either they were in a hurry or they just sucked that bad. She didn't cut them down as much as I had wanted, but I thought, ok maybe if I am in a hurry, this place is good to go to. The cost was $20 for a removal and reapplication (no manicure), and I left a $5 tip. Not bad for 10 or less minutes (not even kidding). The manicure has felt soft since the beginning. Usually shellac is pretty hard to the touch. You could dent this manicure easily with your nail. Within 3 days, it was already peeling and chipping. Will never go back. Not only did the service disappoint, the product was awful as well. My mother and I have been coming to this place for over 6 years now have NEVER had any issues with the people here until today. The OWNER came up to my mother and refused to do her pedicure because she has psoriasis on her legs. Again for 6 years once a month we have been coming and getting manicures, pedicures and waxes. They have ALWAYS done them until now. Said my mother is infecting their equipment and water. Psoriasis is not a contagious disease!!!!! Will NOT be returning to this place ever again. Brought my bridal party and mom here today for Mani pedis. Overall it was a nice facility however there were many things that were not impressive. I sat down in the massage chair for my pedicure and it had finger nails in the cup holder. The staff seemed irritated and rude with us from the moment we came in. I ignores the attitude as my nails seemed to be going well for a shellac Mani and normal pedi. However, my sister who got acrylics got minimal effort with crooked nails and untouched cuticals. They have signs on the wall firmly requesting cash payment. When I went to pay the women had told my 80$ for my mother's NAIL Polish and my shellacani and regular pedi. I didn't bother to argue because all the sudden she didn't speak English. After I paid I handed her a twenty and asked for change, she put it in her drawer and said thank you. The female nail techs were very rude. Someone came in 20 minutes after me and another tech helped her first because I was with someone else who was being helped by someone else. So I had to wait. Then I asked a question about color and the tech literally yelled at me. My younger daughter was with me sitting in the waiting room and when she came to ask me a question the tech yelled at her right in front of me. She told her she wasn't allowed in the back to see me. Ok. This was my second visit and by far the worst yet. My first encounter was so so, I had Ben which he was ok but not over the top welcoming nor friendly, nails were god though. Today went in again for a new polish change and from the monument we walked in they were (2 girls) extremely RUDE, they never said hello or nothing, I told them what I was looking for and all they said was "you pick color" then we waited for our turn. My friend and I sat down which we came together and 1 girl worked on both of us but both workers started with us, but another walk in customer came in after us and the 1 girl worked on her and left us 2 for the other girl. If I could give this nail salon a negative star rating I would! I have been to this salon a couple of times when I was unable to get into my regular salon. Unfortunately each time it gets worse and worse! At least the last review said they used a nail file, the lady did not even file my nails! I went for a fill, the young girl didn't even file off the edges around the cuticles where the old gel stars to lift she just put gel over it. My nails are so bad that I refused to pay for them. I get the white tip, when she put the white tip polish on she got it all over the bottom of my nails and didn't take it off she just painted over it. They are uneven, bubbled and a mess with the white polish all over the sides of my fingers. When we told the owner (the older woman) she said she would "just put a base coat over them" I was completely shocked at how unprofessional the owner and the workers are. I now have to have these nails soaked off and get a whole new set. Absolutely crazy! I will never step in this salon again and strongly recommend that people think twice before going to Nail Bliss. I love nail bliss. They always do a great job with my nails. But make sure you get the two owners because they're the best! Sometimes it can be a bit of a wait but I usually come in the mornings and I'm always in and out. And to top it off affordable! Read Less

Lisa does a great job. However they never have enough staff. I've only ever seen three people working at a time. Twice now I've waited 45 min. They never tell you how long the wait is going to be. The first time they left my feet soaking in the water for 35 min. And still had three people ahead of me. What were they going to do, leave my feet in the water for an hour. Read Less

Based on my experience getting my nails done every two weeks for over 20 years, I would be surprised if these individuals had any formal training or licensing. Not only do they have no idea how to use a nail file, they are also incredibly unprofessional. They wanted to file my nails AFTER they were painted. Hmmm? And when I requested that my filing be completed prior to painting, two of the employees or possibly the owner proceeded to yell at me. This is a service industry and they haven't the first clue how to serve the needs of their clients. Sarah and her staff do an outstanding job. I just had my 3rd pedicure in 3 weeks, because the other salons I visited left alot of icky dry skin on my heels. I just got the best pedicure ever today.
