I got my nails done Tuesday and I’m not happy with the results. First of all, they would not give me the service I wanted. I was really bummed out about this. I wanted to do ombré on my nails and the women working said they can’t do it cause they are too busy. Second They were not nice to me when getting my nails done. Everyone was upset with each other but it felt like they were taking it out on me. The man doing my nails said he would change it if he didn’t like it and the color he first did was not the color I had asked for so when I asked him to redo it he seemed very upset with me. Everything felt rushed and I’ve been going for the past few weeks and I have not been happy. I do not think I will be going back here.

Incredibly happy. I've never been happier leaving a nail salon. Why? Because I'm so picky unfortunately. Bella did an outstanding job. She listened to what I wanted and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. HIGHLY recommend.

Expectations vs reality I came in because my friend was working there and after two visits and 200$ in total I’m very disappointed. First visit I got a gel pedicure, which was fine and took a 6yro and a 9yro for gel nails for 85$... idk why kids were so much all for polish but whatever. Second visit I got a gel pedicure and gel manicure, and I took the same 6yro in - they were understanding when I had to leave to get her from school and came back 20 mins later. I showed the o...wner a picture of how I like my nails shaped (picture from a previous set) and instead she did this garbage set. Seriously? Everybody has told me my nails are horrible and this is so embarrassing. There’s way cheaper shops that do it way better! The woman that did my pedicure is fantastic, but other than that I wouldn’t recommend at all. I need a new set because you can’t just fix the shape, they’ll be too short. I’m demanding she give me a new set and my 100$ back for this horrible mess. See More

I have been going to the same woman to get my nails done for the last 3 years. Lately I was feeling like she was rushing and the quality of work had gone down. I am very particular about my nails and decided to give this place a try. Bic did a wonderful job. My nails are the perfect length and shape. She took her time to make sure I was happy with the end result. I will be going to see her from now on.

I took my mom here as a birthday treat and was so pleased with the service. The ladies that did the pedicure were so patient and thorough. Usually my mom is sensitive to pressure on her legs but the massage they gave was gentle and felt good to her. We went in the a.m. and made an appointment but it wasn't too busy. We will go back.

Removing a couple stars as the past few times that I have gotten pedicures, I've gotten cut while they were trimming my cuticles. I also went in for a mani/pedi when they were not busy at all and they did both at the same time. This was not a relaxing experience.

I was looking for a quick service mani-pedi for a wedding. I'm from St Louis, so I didn't really know the area. I walked in the afternoon before and had no problem getting an early next-day appointment for a mani-pedi and eyebrow arch. My technician, Vonnie, was fantastic. I had a standard pedi (with a painted flower on each big toe!), a shellac French mani and a standard eye arch. All said it was about $65 and I was out in about 75-80 minutes. She was friendly (not too chatty) and she did a great job.They do NOT accept credit or debit cards, so be sure you have cash or personal checks to pay.I'll definitely be back if I'm in the Holland area again.

I got my nails done Tuesday and I’m not happy with the results. First of all, they would not give me the service I wanted. I was really bummed out about this.
