Everything was going fine until I pulled out my Little Saigon loyalty card that had been fully stamped and told by the owner last time I was in ( early September) that I would receive my $25 discount upon my next visit. Unfortunately , that's not what transpired!! Apparently management started a new promotion on October 1 that involves appetizers or drinks once again and will not be issuing cards until the end of May nor will they acknowledge a fully stamped card at this ti...me I see on this site that they informed their clientele of their new promotion but failed to inform them of their discontinued or postponed one ( ie their loyalty card) They told me to hang on to my card til then!!!! When I voiced my displeasure over this classic bait and switch they begrudgingly gave me my discount but wanted to add $3 for the drink they had offered me!!! This is not how a regular customer with a fully stamped loyalty card should be treated , So beware , loyalty cards are discontinued until may.... you can keep it in your purse til then ,... only 7 months from now,.... that is, if you plan on ever using their services again! I've had my nails done several times in my life and sadly I have to say this was the worst! They overcharged me and did a HORRIBLE job on my nails! Had a French manicure on my hands and feet and have never seen a worse job. And to top it off, the man was SO RUDE!!!! Not a friendly person there except the customers. I just wanted to say thank you to Little Saigon Salon and Spa for such a wonderful experience on New Years Eve. They were able to accommodate me on short notice close to when they were closing. They stayed an hour after closing to accommodate the services I wanted to get done. I had a foot massage with Yumi and her massage techniques are great. You can tell she really loves her job and is very service oriented. I had my nails done by Christine and the owner for a shellac mani...cure. The work was done extremely well. And just when I thought it couldn't get any better, Tom, the owner's husband gave me a food menu and sent me complimentary appetizer of my choice plus a drink of choice from the Little Saigon Restaurant next door . The food was healthy and super tasty! I had the rice rolls with shrimp and beef as well as the ginger and honey tea complimentary on the house. I own a spa myself and realize how important the small touches are to show that you really care for your clients and I was so impressed. I was so happy to hear that my favourite Vietnamese restaurant was opening a nail salon right next door to each other. The staff are friendly, professional, good at what they do and they actually talk to their customers, unlike other nail places I have been to where they tend to talk mostly amongst themselves. It's a very bright, clean and relaxing atmosphere plus they offer FREE refreshments like pop, juice, and even bubble tea (my favourite). Ha is my nail Tech and she is by far the best I've encountered since moving to the east part of the state. I will say in Grand Rapids(where I'm from) are nail services are way cheaper and you get more for your $$... The prices are the only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 Read Less

Very welcoming staff ! I went in to get my nails done and Lee was the one who did them, she was very sweet and did a great job with my nails :) I also got a free, delicious milkshake for spending over 28$ which was an added touch to the experience ! I know everyone has there own personal experience but my first time going was actually great a guy did mine and he did a excellent job i honestly feel it depends on who does your service because the second time i went a lady did them and she did a ok job some are just better than others just be careful who you let do your nails. Already drafting my review while simply horrified. I asked the woman not to cut my nails- and she is trimming them down to stumps! I asked again and she won't listen to me and has already ruined the length.... And I'm going away to the beach for 3 weeks and will now have crappy sandal nails.  The polish job was horrendous, too--- It looks like a 5yo painted my nails, with a messy top coat and paint all over my cuticles!AVOID! This place is horrible!!! They are not any cheaper than any of the other salons--but they do really bad work and will not even fix it. There is of course a language barrier---but still refused to fix it. My fingernails look like toenails! Read Less

This place is terrible!! I took my son with me (he has prom coming up and wanted his nails cleaned up) it was his first time doing anything like this--the girl that did his nails was on her cell phone the entire time. My nails--well, it looks like I have toenails for fingernails; they are horrible. I told her they were too short but because of the language barrier she just kept going--and all she had to say was I am sorry.
