i have been sitting here for over an hour, and the employees keep making eye contact with me. yet, 2 people have went in front of me. they keep coming over to talk to me on what i want, when i only came in for a fill. yet i have been waiting an hour and 20 minutes so far. i would not recommend. First time Ever coming in last Thursday night with my sister.. My sister had the worst experience ever the lady she had was rood, mean and kept slapping my sisters had telling her to settle down! Five days later (today) my sister is angry her nails are ready for a filling! When we go other places they say our nails should last up to 2 weeks... My sister went into natural nails and complained about her nails the lady she talked to pretty much didn't care at all so i called and asked to speak with the owner; the lady I spoke with said he wasn't there so i asked for his number she said that she didn't know it ( don't believe her). So i asked again and she said "I don't know what the hell you want lady"..... ROOD LADY!! DONT SWEAR AT CUSTOMERS! I would like money back but not getting anywhere... Read Less

The owner of Natural Nails in Hastings, needs to learn humility, good costumer service, manners, small town ethics and become a better nail technician. I was there 9/13/2015 Saturday.  I had a mani and a pedi. The mani was shellac.  I was unhappy with how sloppy the cuticles were cut but said nothing. I was giving this new place a chance. I hadn't been there before. But I did not like how he did the shellac on my left hand it was not well covered and I told him so. I was afraid it would peel. He said I could come back if it did. On Sunday 9/14 my left index peeled and I went to see them. They have a huge sign stating open Sunday from 11:00 am till what ever   I went. They were closed! Called at one  in the afternoon, no answering service. Today! When I had time, because I work I called and said why I was calling. Che owner said come in and I will take a look. I did not like his tone. I went in and it was busy. He would not look at me or say can o help you. When he stood up and went to the register I approached and greeted him than started to say and was there that had called and was not happy so I wanted two nails redone. He walked away from me, before I could finish   I was astonished, perplex and hurt. how rude I exclaimed. One other staff said sit down is ok so I did.  I showed the lady next to me my nails. Perhaps not so nice but he deserved it. I went to the technician who called me and she asked if it was chela like I responded and started to Elian that I only wanted two fix. They didn't look good and one peeled. The owner began to holler at me from his chair and said if I wanted a refund I could get one. I thought I could still get a good resolution. By than she had rubbed off one nail color.  I responded from my chair no I just want it fixed right.   The technician tried to intervene and said no is Ok.   By than he had gotten up and plopped money on the table, basically kicking me out.   I didn't look at the money and said I just want it fixed. The tech working on me was willing and took the money. The owner continued to holler at me from the chair and said I don't want you in my business talking like that. I had enough!  I grabbed the money without looking and left. When I got to another salon I realized he had given me $25.00 for a $35.00 job I had paid. I did not return for the $5.00 part of me wanted to do that. At the salon I went to they did ,y nails again beautifully and Sue, the owner offered to give another coat to my toe nails. They also were bad but I hadn't colonies about them   I will be giving a great review to that other nail salon. Read Less

Not happy. Been there a couple times and they NEVER take their time or make you feel welcome and always do lazy work on my nails. The last time I got my nails filled I asked if he was going to fill in my peeling nail.... I was rudely told "No" that I would have to just let them peel off. Funny how every other nail salon fixes that for me. Very rude, unprofessional,  rushed and careless.  I do not recommend this salon. Read Less
