I love it there, very clean. I really like the fact that their tools are autoclaved. I have had one or two experiences where the woman, owner, was a little rough.and too fast, but everybody there is really nice and my shellac last me 21 days minimum and I'm a dental hygienist. That being said, I wear gloves and wash my hands 25 times a day. I would recommend this place to any of my family and friends. Two of us made appointments for mani-pedi. When we got there, the ladies said pedi, but we insisted on mani-pedi since that is what we told them when we made the appointment. The lady doing the pedi on my girlfriend wasn't paying attention or going too fast and cut her toe enough that it was bleeding. She then said she had too little of a nail on her toe, like somehow that was our fault. Isn't she supposed to be able to handle all types of nails if you are working at a nail salon??? Then she was pressing so hard on her toe that it hurt, because she said she needed the bleeding to stop. Why is it when there is a mistake, that they cannot apologize? Worst Manicure I've ever had. I went for a simple manicure and the man who worked on me was not friendly, he did it too quickly and cut 2 of my cuticles too much and I was bleeding. It took him a few tries to get me the bleeding to stop. I felt at that point I just wanted to leave, but it was too late. Also, not a lot of choices for nail polish colors. I just wanted a RED color, simple classic Red and nothing. I had gotten a pedi cure there before and had a wonderful older lady,so I went back. I will never go again. Awful! I paid for a manicure with tips, 2 days later the tips were chipping terribly. I tried to take the polish off with normal polish remover, no luck. So I went in and explained the situation and they told me to have seat. They had to file my natural nails to get the polish off. And then charged me $5 more dollars for their crappy work.
