I've been coming here for almost 2 years after they fixed a terrible set I had put on by another salon. They are always super accommodating and no matter who I get I'm never unhappy with my nails, but...
I've been coming here for almost 2 years after they fixed a terrible set I had put on by another salon. They are always super accommodating and no matter who I get I'm never unhappy with my nails, but I have to say I'm always extra happy when I get Lisa or Lee. The whole staff is super friendly, they make a point of asking and learning your name, which I've never had at another salon. Before leaving for a vacation I scratched one of my nails. I had a feeling my bf was going t...o propose on the trip, so I rushed back to get it fixed before we had to leave for the airport. They didn't even charge me to repaint the nail when it was my fault. Sometimes there is a wait, but that's because they are busy because they are good. If you call a head and make an appointment you won't wait more than 5-10 minutes to be seated. I always get complements on my nails and now a few of my friends have started going here instead of their previous salon of choice. See More

Not a great experience..long wait to be seen for a pedicure. Not to mention the polish put on my toes was ruined right away because they put too many top coats on. I could've done a better job.

Will never enter that place....they cut a finger of someone I know and put the brush back in the bottle with her blood on it....then put it back in the shelf.....so grossed out!

These ladies are amazing I’ve never left unhappy, and I show my nails off to EVERYONE, most people ask where I got Them done and I’m proud to say starnails, the staff always remember names, they’re kind and funny! Employees were the rudest. Came to get my nails done for a wedding and the ladies my friend and i had made fun of us the entire time. She cut me so many times under my real nail was bleeding. I received attitude when i asked her to fix the shape of my nails was sent home with wet nails that are now ruined. Not that they looked good anyways. Shapes dont match, nails look like press on nails that are falling off. Worst experience of my life. And the manager.... she suggested i sit down for the same lady to redo them.... Like no...... very unimpressed i will never go back. I never not have my nails done and this place is not somewhere i would never recomend. Unacceptable service. If you value your dollar go somewhere else.

I came here for the first time ever on Friday, as it was highly recommended by a few girls I work with. Lisa did an AMAZING job. I can't even begin to say how satisfied I am with my nails!! I am a perfectionist and I usually always leave my usual salon knowing I have to go HOME and file my nails a bit. But Lisa did such an exceptional job that I didn't have to do a thing. I definitely have found my new nail tech. :)

Cindy and her staff are amazing. I go monthly for a pedicure. Super great cleaning of foot bath. Very hygienic, disposal of tools. There is no better place in St. Catharines.

The individual rooms create a "homey" atmosphere and the stylists and barbers are amazing! Special thanks to R Lynn and Dee for their great work in the community! Neatest braider and barbers I know!

I got my nails done with my daughter. A few days later my daughters nails started falling off for no reason. She called to talk and ask about it and was laughed at by the person on the phone and basically called a liar. Horrible customer service. We will go elsewhere.

They are always super accommodating and no matter who I get I'm never unhappy with my nails, but I have to say I'm always extra happy when I get Lisa or Lee.
