0 stars if I could. I took my daughters here to get their nails done. I told the staff 3 different times they needed manicures. They told me the girls could soak their feet. They still did mani and pedi for all 3. I didn't dispute the charge when it came time to pay. I paid and didn't want to make a scene with my kids present. When disputed they claimed it was all my fault. They lied and said they had discussed the services and charges. No price was discussed until I paid. Save your money or go somewhere else. We will never return to this salon. My husband took my daughters in for manicures and managed to get swindled into $30 mani/pedi’s. He told the guy 3 times he wanted “just manicures.” They said “let them soak feet while they wait.” My husband, having never been in a nail salon, thought this was strange but sat down in the waiting area and the staff proceeded to provide pedicures. He didn’t want to cause a scene and ruin the day for our children so he paid the bill and left. I went back in to ask some questions and they argued with me. No apology, or attempt to make it right. Took advantage of me being a man with my 3 daughters. Did mani/pedi even though I clearly stated at 3 different times they only needed mani's. I paid the bill and didn't make a scene with my children there. Go somewhere else. There work wasn't that great. Read Less

This is my favorite nail place in Greenville thus far I have tried many others at this point and I'm very picky when it comes to my nails with OCD I expect them to be perfect. Jenny took her time with my nails and made them perfect will be going to see her again! Read Less

I took my 93 and 88 year old here for pedicures to celebrate their birthdays. I called ahead but only gave the salon 30 minutes notice. They were friendly, sweet and accommodating from the time we drove up to our parting good bye! They even helped my grandparents out of the car. We had a wonderful experience. Thank you Modern! I went in this morning with my friend to get a pedicure. She had a gift certificate with NO expiration date on it. They refused to take it because it was apparently expired and made her pay $30, keep in mind their sign says $25 for a pedicure. Went here on a Friday for a shallac and pedicure before my baby shower on Saturday. Pedicure was extremely rushed and left my feet still rough. A little annoyed, but it happens. By Monday shallac was peeling ;( went in to have them fix it. They did a poor job and by Tuesday they were peeling again. Went back on Tuesday and asked them to do a whole new Shallac for half price because I thought maybe the Polish was bad. They wouldn't. Mind you I work a desk job and I'm 7+months pregnant. I AM NOT BEING ROUGH ON THESE NAILS! On average my shallac manicures grow out 3+ weeks before they ever chip. To bad for them I was starting to become a loyal customer. My better half and her girlfriend went there couple weeks ago they forgot 2nd coating suppose to use shalack but didn't. They went back to have it fixed day later it peels. Told them then should go and ask for their money back!!! Don't go there!!! Read Less
