A great spot to get your nails done. The owner and staff are extremely sweet and helpful. I'm an indecisive person, so I don't joke when I say it takes me 15-20 minutes to choose my color. They trialed a few colors on my nails to let me see how it would turn out. So nice of them! Q and Kelly were phenomenal! My sister and I stumbled upon this salon after enjoying a bite to eat nearby and came across this salon on yelp... and my goodness, we couldn't be more pleased with the customer service. Seriously. They were patient with our indecisiveness, encouraging, and a true delight to interact with. Prices were reasonable and the salon was clean. I can not wait to come back here in 3 weeks. went there for a pink & white ombre set & it turned out horrible. did not blend at all & had distinct lines where the pink & white met. went back the next day to have them put shellac over the horrible “ombre” & that started chipping 3 hours later. i’m very disappointed because i’ve been going here for years but will not be returning after this. For a few months now this has been my go-to spot for mani/pedis. I went in last Friday, the 21st and have never been so disappointed and disgusted with a salon in my life. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The first technician I had did a basic French tip pedi for me, I thought she was very kind and did a good job. However the next day I realized the tools, gloves, or tub she used was not cleaned properly. I now have either althletes foot or some sort of infection on the webbing of my toes and bottom of my feet from the service. My second technician was down right rude, she gave me a gel manicure. I had to tell her multiple times they were too long and I wouldn't be able to use them for daily activities, her response to that was, "You don't need to work. This length is fine and will grow on you." Any comment I made to her after this she mocked and laughed at. Like many pervious reviews, when I went to pay my 2nd tech hovered over me while I filled out the tip. I will NEVER return to this awful place. Read Less

I'd give this a solid "meh" all around. Decent tho not great mani-pedi - had to do some additional cleanup when I got home, I had to point out where one nail was still uneven, etc.  They had about 4 different levels of pedicures, but no explanation of the difference (so you lost me on the upsell there...)  I just moved from Chicago and there were a ton of cheap places there that did a bang-up job, for the same or LESS price than what I'm finding in MI - kinda surprised. Been here a few times and consistently good service and gel mani that lasts 2 weeks. Good selection of colors and many levels of pedicure services. Not the most luxurious place but good prices and quick but not rushed service. I drive 45 min to come here - no place near me that is as reliable and is open late. Will keep coming back! Read Less

I have been here a few times, just went today to get a basic pedicure. I have never been treated so poorly, my technician never spoke to me she scraped my toe pretty bad with the fail and just looked at me. Then when I went to go sit under the dryer she just walked away and didn't come back and when I went to pay she reappeared and hovered over me while I filled out the tip. I will NEVER RETURN. I only had to wait 15 minutes...which was perfect, because that is about how long it takes me to land on a color :) For those more decisive, there is a coffee shop in the strip. WOW! Amazing job! I came in with no appointment. They couldn't fit me in for about 30 minutes and were HONEST about it. THANK YOU! I truly dislike when  a salon says yes we can get you in and then you wait forever! But anyways to the best part; MY NAILS!! I came from having an awful, awful, awful experience at another salon. My acrylics were done a week ago and he asked if this was my 3rd or 4th fill. It was bad. He talked me through what he could do, and made sure I understood. My cuticles were trimmed to the point they were all sore, red and started to bleed by that night. I have gotten my nails done multiple times before and never had a problem like this. I didn't think the salon was very clean or sanitary either. I would have left but I was with a wedding party. Then my nail tech tried to charge me $10 more. Usually, a great place. However, today I went, planning on getting a good gel manicure, and I had to wait 20 minutes just to get seated and they were not busy at all. I was previously a nail tech and I'm extremely fussy. We had newly moved to the area and I out some feelers out for the best nail salon in the area. Received several recommendations for Nailcessity. Each person that recommended them also recommended 'Q' as the go-to tech at the salon. (I later found out his is the owner.) I set up an appointment for acrylic and haven't looked back since. You won't find any thick, uneven nails with him. My nails looked very natural and perfectly shaped. About 4 months ago I switched it up and started doing shellac instead and I'm hooked! Last Sunday I got a gel nail fill with designs and shellac. By the following Thursday my nails were starting to lift, my polish had chipped off, and it just looks crummy for only being a few days after! It was my first time coming to this salon only because my salon I go to was closed and I was in need of getting my nails done badly. I also came in with a picture of a design I wanted to do that involved gold and pink, and they didn't even had a simple gold color, I had to use an ugly orange color. I will not be coming back.
