Been going here for years and have referred many others. This last year they have gotten rude AND greedy! My daughter's nails chipped 3 days after getting shellac manicure and the owner/manager told her it would be $10 for a polish change even after she explained she was just there 3 days ago! My daughter said just take off the polish ad I'll go elsewhere and hasn't been back. I got a new set recently and she cut them SO short they didn't even reach the end of my finger! I told her this and she argued they were very long..smh! She finally agreed and changed 1 nail. She has done this before too. I told her I like them oval and she insisted I keep them square like she has cut them. Who argues about what a customer likes? If I could give them no stars I would, the owner of nail “perfection” is very rude. I was rushed out of the salon before my toenails were even dry, I think she was mad that I made one of her nail techs redo my nails because they were not cute at all and after they were redone they still didn’t look good. Great experience. I have gone 4 separate times and I have had all different nail technicians and they all did an amazing job. The file job is always done perfectly. The shellac stays on for more than 2 weeks and does not peel. They give nice long massages for pedicures. They also give a nice wax bath for your manicures. The price is very reasonable. Went here yesterday because a friend recommended it. While they charged my friend a discounted price last Sunday, they told me it would be almost double. Not only was the staff condescending, rude and unwilling to listen to what I wanted, but even after I agreed to an up-charge for shaping, they made a huge deal about the work the coffin shape would take. They then they made snide comments the entire time, TO MY FACE, including when she nicked my cuticles a few times with that polisher (which hurt and made them bleed) she laughed it off and blamed it on my nail beds being short and ugly. To top it off, the final shape was unlike anything I'd seen. She then filed the sides of my nails AFTER the shellac had already cured, which caused chips on the side. I told her hey this doesn't look right and she said no no that's how it's supposed to look. Again, I know what shape and quality I wanted and paid for, and this was completely different. Not stiletto, not coffin, just a mess and not even a matching mess on all the fingers. I literally went down Wilson Rd and stopped in the first nail salon I saw, Bliss Nail Bar immediately after to have it completely redone, because I was so unhappy and Nail Perfection didn't seem to care. The owner of Bliss agreed that it was shoddy work and helped me fix it, which is why I'll be going there from now on, instead of this amateur show. Also, I just stopped in again to have a conversation with the manager of Nail Perfection about what happened and to show her the difference between the 2 manicures and she was completely dismissive about everything. I didn't even want my money back, I just wanted an apology. I've gotten my nails done for 10 years and I've NEVER experienced such terrible customer service. I went in today with my nails looking nice, and not hurting me. I then had to pay 22 dollars to have all of my nails bleeding and burning, the wrong color applied to my nails and wishing I never went in. Never would I recommend this salon. Lack of perfection Read Less

I have been here twice and I've been very pleased both times. I have pink and white gel nails and the girls there have done both just the clear fill and the white and clear. They've turned out exactly how I like them each time. I'll be going back! Read Less
