Hands down. Worst Nail Salon in Grandville Area! They are not punctual at all! I called in for a pedicure and full set. Arrive on time and was told they didn't have time for full set. I sat down, the water was so hot. There were only two pedicurest and three people getting pedicure's. Apparently, I wasn't important because no one seemed concerned with if my water was comfortable. After sitting for 10 minutes and no one even beginning to start my pedicure. I just left. I rarely get these services done. I have an important event tomorrow, and wanted to look nice as well as relax. I started coming here because of my best friend. She had the same sort of experience except she was given an infection through dirty equipment used during her manicures. Strait up will never be back, and will be telling people in the area of my experience. Be ashamed of yourself. Disgusting establishment, & terrible customer service. Going here wasn't in my plans. I was shopping in the strip mall this nail salon is located in and decided to get a shellac mani as a "treat yo self" type thing. While this is your typical strip mall nail salon set-up, there's a lot left to be desired. The ladies are really nice and speak English, so that was a plus in my book. I waited 30 ish minute for my mani, which was fine as I agreed that would be ok. However, the service was really rushed. I've never been to a nail salon where I didn't wash the nail dust off. It's almost like she forgot this step? Not sure, as I never been to Nail Creations and not sure what their procedure is. The application of polish was and is a little sloppy. There's polish on my cuticle and uneven in spots. The wait was longer than the service? Maybe next time slow down! If you're going to charge me $30+tip, please slow down. I know you only make money if there's people at your station, but for the price I paid make it worth my time. I made an appointment on a whim because I've heard really good things about this salon and I am so glad I did. I've tried so many nail salons in Eugene/Springfield and almost always am disappointed. I got a manicure and pedicure with Sarah and she was sooo awesome. All the girls in the salon are super nice and friendly. I'm 8 months pregnant and I was looking for something to make me feel better. Now I have beautiful hands and feet thanks to Sarah. I will definitely be visiting again very soon! Read Less

Staff was pretty friendly. The only issue I have with the place is that they don't know how to take care of in grown nails. I got a pedicure about a week ago and specifically said my large toe nail grows until it's painfully cutting into my skin of the sides. It hurts to walk when this happens, so I told the lady to not be shy with trimming the sides. She was timid about it, and less than a week later my toe is starting to hurt from an inadequately cut nail. To be honest, probably won't go back for this reason. Read Less

1 nail has fell off and 2 others are peeling back already. All within a week. That's my middle finger, ring and pinky. I really don't do much with the nails at all. Got my full set here. Good polish work but wish they took there time a bit more. And when I was there. One lady started me off and then switched me to another half way through which I thought was very unprofessional.
