My daughter and I have been pampered guests at Gloss since they opened in Grandville. We love the attention to detail, cleanliness and commitment to excellence every time we are served. The staff is always warm, friendly and inviting. The technicians are enthusiastic and helpful when my teenager wants to try something new or choose a design, while ensuring that we’re happy with the final product. They have taken us happily through homecomings, proms, interviews, spring breaks, summer vacays and many other special occasions as well as office ready, professional nails for the regular work week. If you appreciate a lasting relationship with women who appreciate your business and know what true customer service means, then you should be coming to Gloss. A great, family owned local business where each visit is an enjoyable respite, we cannot say enough good things about Gloss Nails!

I went here to get my nails done for my birthday celebration. I got dip powder and it turned out okay. I am a perfectionist and very picky. I paid $45 and was told dip powder last two weeks, but not even 3 days later the corners were already lifting and by five days I didn't have any dip powder on three of my finger nails. It had chipped off and I got them snagged on things. Since it hadn't even been a full week, I called and when it again and they redid it for free. I even was able to change the color. I gotta say I am quite satisfied now. Rachel took literally a quarter of the time that the original lady did and the product is about three times better-looking. I think I will be requesting Rachel from now on.

The guy I had didn’t touch my cuticles..two nails are crooked/filed on an angle and just look awful. He didn’t listen to anything I was saying to him and when I asked him to fix something he looked super annoyed with me. He didn’t even paint all of my nail.. Will not be going here again.

Visited here yesterday with my daughter. She got an acrylic fill, and I got a shellac manicure. It was my first time here, and I love my manicure. I'm glad my daughter introduced me to this salon and I'll be back! Very friendly staff, clean salon, and beautiful manicures. We were happy.

This place is amazing! It's gorgeous inside, the staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable. My mom and I came for deluxe pedicures and shellac manicures. We are leaving very happy!

Updated 3/18/17 They are very friendly and the atmosphere is calming and clean. I got a powder dip manicure and deluxe pedicure. The deluxe pedicure was great, however my powder dip manicure turned out horrible...she continued to dip my nails multiple times so they came out thick and it took much longer than it should have. Clean up under the nails was not done and lotion was not even put on my hands.
I went back to have the dip powder removed from my nails. When they asked what was wrong, I informed them that I did not like how they turned out. They made things right and will now have a long time customer. Rachel took care of me and did a beautiful job on the Shellac I got. I also found out there is a different lady that usually does the dip powder (maybe she wasn't there or available the day I came to get it done).

I love this salon!! This is my second time going and will definitely be a regular!! I got the jelly pedicure and manicure both were fantastic! I was offered a chair and a drink right away!! No rushing...
I love this salon!! This is my second time going and will definitely be a regular!! I got the jelly pedicure and manicure both were fantastic! I was offered a chair and a drink right away!! No rushing and everyone was so friendly! I even booked them for a bridal party!! Can't wait to go back!

I've know Rachel and Sophie from a previous nail salon and i have followed them due to many reasons.
1. Super friendly and fun to be around
2. Cleanliness is so important to them and I love the atmosphere
3. Sophie always does amazing work and takes good care of me. You can tell they enjoy their job and have fun being creative and a joy to be around.
I recommend gloss to anyone that wants the ultimate guest experience and great work when it comes to nailcare. Rachel and her staff are awesome!

Came in this salon the first time for a shellac manicure and a deluxe pedicure. First of all, the salon is very nice, clean and very well organized, the atmosphere is very relaxing. They have a lot of nail polish to choose from, staffs are very nice and professional. Highly recommended

This place is so clean and organized! They use liners for the pedicure tubs so you're not worried about getting infections from not having it sanitized right. They have tools that come in sanitized sealed bags after they been cleaned. They have multiple pedicure choices to choose from depending on what you're in the mood for or time. The workers listen and understands you and help you if you're a first timer! They offer drinks to their customer and are very professional and friendly. Sophie gave the best pedicure massage and didn't rush me through even though they had a couple people waiting behind me. Definitely coming back here for all my future pedicures!

My daughter and I have been pampered guests at Gloss since they opened in Grandville. We love the attention to detail, cleanliness and commitment to excellence every time we are served. The staff is always warm, friendly and inviting. I went here to get my nails done for my birthday celebration. I got dip powder and it turned out okay. I am a perfectionist and very picky. I paid $45 and was told dip powder last two weeks, but not even 3 days later the corners were already lifting and by five days I didn't have any dip powder on three of my finger nails.
