Kim was fantastic today! This is only my second time here and I have enjoyed my visit from start to finishing both times! I would recommend making an appointment, instead of walking in, that way the ladies are prepared for you. Being prepared is always a better experience than just walking in.

Of all of the nail salons I've gone to in Grand Rapids, V V Nails and Spa is easily the best. Kim (the new owner) is so incredibly kind. She is so genuine and remembers me every time I go back. Their prices are posted on a board, so you know they're not trying to up-sell you on their services and they also offer you drinks during your service. There are a million colors available for you to choose from which is really nice. They also do waxing services. I'm usually terrified to get my eyebrows done anywhere, but Kim did an amazing job on mine and is really the only one I trust doing them! This place is amazing, you have to go here!

This place is awesome! I went today for my 1st pedicure in a while and the staff was very friendly! Kim (who helped me) is the owner and she is fantastic! She was eager to help me and make sure I was satisfied with the service I received. Highly recommend this place!! My feet looked really cute and really enjoyed the nice relaxing massage I received!

This place was great! I called at 2pm and scheduled an appointment for 3pm the same day (On a Saturday). I got an Acrylic Full Set with Shellac and was out within an hour. Kim was super nice and Annie did an amazing job on my nails. She did exactly what I asked and didn't have any issue. I also like that they have a nice selection of darker shades. I hate going to a salon and they have 50 shades of pink and only 5 dark colors. I will definitely return!

Friendly staff and Clean. First impression had a menu to pick from different options. Wasn't forced and up sale. When proceeding they offered a bottle water. I came for a pedicure the VV Signature was relaxing. I would recommend this place.

This place was great! I called at 2pm and scheduled an appointment for 3pm the same day (On a Saturday). I got an Acrylic Full Set with Shellac and was out within an hour. Kim was super nice and Annie did an amazing job on my nails. She did exactly what I asked and didn't have any issue. I also like that they have a nice selection of darker shades. I hate going to a salon and they have 50 shades of pink and only 5 dark colors. I will definitely return!
