Pedicure was great, but I had a manicure when I got in the car realized it was way to neon but I had to go so I called right away and asked if they could put a light color over it to tone it down, I was told they would charge me 20 dollars for a color change after I just spent 60.00 there. This salon was my go-to for a while but today I couldn’t believe how much went wrong. I arrived as a walk-in, the lady said it would be a half hour wait so, I made an appointment for one hour later. I showed up at the agreed time and waited 30 more minuets with my nail color picked out in hand. Finally, a gal showed me to a chair but made me wait another 10mins! Once she got to me, she said the example color I chose was FADED and didn’t match the actual nail polish. I searched for another color and after the first coat was applied she said the polish was too OLD and had gunk at the bottom. She brought over a color that was many shades darker and absolutely not a match. She painted my nails in a rush so they look terrible. She didn’t give me a hand massage (not sure if that’s custom or not) with lotion but rather with the oil they use. In addition to this awful experience, she didn’t wipe the oil off my nails to make them shine. I know this all sounds so petty but, if it had been my first time, I would have been furious, frustrated and confused. The whole point is to feel pretty and relaxed once you’ve had your nails done and I felt like nothing but a bother to this girl. I am sad to say I will be departing with Elite Nails. Read Less

Pleased with my Shellac manicure. Lynn took her time and djd a great job!! I did find the atmosphere a little less than inviting - employees on their phones, not the cleanest, not a fan of the color selections on popsicle sticks... BUT if that stuff doesn't matter to you, I'd recommend for a manicure. Read Less

I was able to call and get an appointment in very easily. They were very busy on a Wednesday evening but still very accommodating. My gel manicure is ON POINT. The care and time put into it was great. I decided to get a pedicure also at the last minute. I get ingrowns on my big toe (ouch!) and Nina totally took care of me- as painful as it Is. I like Elite Nails. They do a nice job with a gel manicure and gel pedicure. I'll be honest I have never had a gel pedicure before. This is the WAY to go! Sure it costs more but then you're not fussing, trying to get your toes to dry with regular polish. Elite Nails has been accommodating from a schedule standpoint with each visit. Everything was clean and appealing. They frequently change out their drill tips and even use drill tips I've not seen before. So they're definitely current on their skills too!I don't often go to Knapp Corners but when it coincides with another trip I will have Elite do my nails. Read Less

Came just to get my acrylics filled in. Woman doing my nails was looking at her phone while working on them. All of them are slightly different shapes, some crooked, misshapen. One is significantly shorter than the others. She told me to pick a new color 3 different times. Poor work, very disappointed. Read Less

I went here Saturday the 1st got my eyebrows and my lip waxed the lady convinced me that I needed to get my chin waxed as well. So I did but then she proceeded to go down my neck with the wax. I start getting all of these bumps on Tuesday this is the results and it just keeps getting worse. I will never get anything done here again!!!Read Less
