You DEFINITELY get what you pay for. Something important you should know is that their ventilation WOULD NOT pass state inspection. She took me as a walk in and had already cleaned and prepped my nails before telling me she already had an appointment less than 15 minutes later that she would have to stop my nails for. That didn't really bother me.... What bothered me was: There was MAJOR gapping between my eponychium and the acrylic, much more than normal. When I mentioned it, she ignored it. She globbed each nail on in 1 go. She charged me $10 extra dollars for colored tips after saying I wouldn't be charged extra. They are all poorly and LAZILY shaped. She used a Dremel for the texturing and buffing but not for the filing. Did I mention the poor ventilation? Not even the smell but the acrylic particles were hard to deal with. I'm obviously not coming back. I'm gonna stick to doing my own. Mine are better and you can buy everything you need online for half the cost of going to Diamond Nails. Had a French manicure on my natural nails, and a pedicure. The gal who did both did a meticulous, beautiful job of both. Very pleased, and I would definitely go again, and recommend this nail salon to others. Lots of customers while I was there, and they all seemed to leave happy with their mani or pedis. Read Less

First off it's very clean. I came in without an appointment so I had to wait a little bit but that was perfectly fine. They were so sweet to me and offered me something to drink. I wanted to get an acrylic fill. I was really nervous because two nails fell off and my nails were really grown out. (I got my nails done at a different place before I came here) my nails were looking like a lost cause, and I was honestly thinking that she would have to take off all my nails and just do a full set. When everything was finished they were so beautiful. The color, shape, and length were perfect. (they do charge a bit more for gel nail polish than at other places) but they look so good. She didn't file down my nails by the cuticle like other places usually do. And I know why that's essential, but she managed to do my nails in a way that they wouldn't pop off and they look completely natural. That alone makes me so happy. I've never been to a place that has done it this way. Because I got the gel nail polish I spent more than I thought (that's on me their prices are great) but I honestly don't care because of the quality. She stayed true to the prices, she didn't add on anything ridiculous everything was clearly stated. She actually only charged me $2 for having to replace two nails which I think is incredible. She told me how much the gel nail polish would be before hand and I agreed to it. I'm glad that she didn't just paint my nails and then tell me after that it was a $13 up charge. She wasn't pushy about me getting anything added on. What I'm really trying to say is they're really nice, it's very clean and very professional. And they make it a point to get to know their customers because I can tell that they have regulars. The pedicure was very nice, but the manicure was awful. My nails after the manicure were very uneven. I got accrilic nails ,and they cut them into a perfect circle which looked like absolute shit. I had to go the next day and pay extra to get them removed and redone. Read Less

Very clean salon, super friendly staff. I walked in and was seated immediately for my manicure. My nail tech was friendly and did a beautiful job - she even suggested a better color. The prices are reasonable, and the cleanliness, friendliness and quality really set this place apart. Read Less

I have been in a couple times this summer, while going to other salons in between my visits at diamond, and I have regretted going to every other salon! Anna does superior work! She pays attention to details that should be standard. For example, my gel mani, she didn't let the polish get close enough to my cuticle for it to gunk up & peel off in 2 days. Kudos.
