I scheduled a couple's massage for myself and my better half while we were on vacation in Grand Haven.  The salon is located within a strip mall but easy to find.  My first impression of the place was relaxed, the front desk staff was friendly while we filled out our forms.We only waited for a few minutes before our massage therapists came to get us.  We've had massages before at other places, but they explained the process, asked about our sore spots.  They were very nice about my preference for no lavender or lilac which sometimes triggers migraines for me.Once our session started there was a time or two that I heard a door close or someone's voice but it wasn't too disturbing. I had some lower back pain and my therapist chased it all away.  My better half thought his was good, but not great.  I felt like a new person after mine!I would definitely schedule a massage here in the future.  Thanks again for showing my back pain who's boss! My first visit to Nature's Envy was last weekend on a girls trip. I can honestly say hands down that it was the best experience I've ever had at a salon. My friend and I had pedicures done at the same time and the girls doing our pedicures were hilarious, down to earth, and really made you feel comfortable. We also opted to have deep tissue massages which were amazing! I actually fell asleep which has never happened to me before! The salon and everyone working there were all around amazing! I just had a lovely Spa day with my best friend for her birthday. I purchase the Pamper Package for the both of us. The Elemental Natural Facial: This surpassed my expectation of a facial. The products were quite natural, nothing irritated my sensitive skin nor my friend's. The environment was so relaxing. Great music, warm room, great therapist. A good mix of being talkative enough without being overbearing and not so little that it was awkward. BUT the best part, was that it was far more thorough than a normal facial. She did shoulder massage, upper back massage, obviously facial massage, feet exfoliation and massage, arms, and hands as well! Spa Manicure and Pedicure: So, to be honest, I'd never had either. I was super pleased with both. The pedicure was lovely as we sat in amazing massage chairs that ran the gamut on different massage styles. Tons of OPI nail polishes to choose from. The stylist was awesome and really sweet. A little bummed today as one of my nails have already chipped, but I'm really hard on my hands. My feet feel amazing!Hair & Makeup: I had no idea what to expect from this option. But it was a shampoo wash and truly whatever we really wanted them to do for our hair and makeup. I choose a fun retro inspired make up with red lip and bright light eyes. My friend went for more of a blow out and smokey eyes for her birthday party. Both were nice. If felt like I could have done a little better on my retro inspired make up, but I'm used to it as I love that time period. All in all it was a great experience. I gave it four stars instead of five, because when I called and scheduled the appointment I asked if we'd be together the whole time and they said yes. Since it was her present I wanted us to hang out all morning. For each thing we were in little individual rooms. Which was not at all what I expected. We could laugh and talk between, but not really during. I wish they would have made that more clear when I booked it over the phone.We were able to bring our own quick breakfast parfaits and mimosas which was awesome. We had a great time. I've been going to Natures Envy for a haircut and massage for years.  Molly cuts my hair and it's been great every time.  I like the private rooms they use for the haircuts, it feels more personal than being out in the open like most salons.  My husband & I both feel very relaxed after our massages.  The atmosphere is very calm & relaxing.Everyone who works there is very pleasant. be careful if you come here looking for massage therapy. i had requested therapeutic massage when scheduling the appointment and was told that it was offered. upon arrival i was told that they only did general work, no deep tissue and were more about spa-product treatment. the therapist was nice, but the massage was superficial and so so at best. this place seems more focused on hair and faces and selling products than it does to offering a therapeutic treatment Read Less
