Absolutely appalled. I went in with an appointment to have a full set of gel nails done. I was greated by this "eddie" who said "what do you want? I told him I had 2 colors in mind and attempted to show him a picture. A woman walked in and I showed her the picture. They didn't have what I was looking for so I tried to find as close as possible. She sat down with her back to me. When I asked her opinion she stated (while looking on her phone) "it's your nails." I promptly walked out. I'm not sure the hype of this place. Read Less

Saved. I hate when a tech leaves for weeks without notice. Good ol' Eddie, got me in quickly and suffered through my color decisionmaking. Not a fan of Gelish. We went with DND-a new brand to me. I came here after having a bad experience from another nail salon in grand haven.  I got a pedicure and a full set. I've always been very picky with my nails anytime I get acrylics. I'm very pleased with how my nails came out. They are the same length and they are straight. The shape is spot on as well. The salon was very clean and well decorated for a nail salon. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because my heels on my feet weren't cleaned up very well. Other than that I'll return. Read Less

I'm a stickler for cleanliness and this place exceeds expectations!  The salon is VERY clean and well kept up.  Eddie the owner is super friendly and welcoming.  The lady who did my pedi did a great job and took her time throughout.  I'd highly recommend this salon and will definitely be returning! I visited this salon last Friday.  I had a pedicure and had just wanted my fingernails trimmed and buffed. They asked about using clear on my fingernails and I agreed. I liked how the nails were cut and shaped. However no top coat was put on my toenails so they are already chipped. I am doing a touch up at home and adding a top coat. My fingernails received only one coat of polish so that was peeling by Saturday. I was not paying attention so not sure if a base coat was put on my toes. My recommendation if you use this salon is pay attention and make sure they use four coats of polish. Disappointed that this did not last. Read Less

This place is THE best! I've been to several nail salons in the area and none compare to this place. The staff are nice and funny and don't try to upsell you. They seem to like their job here and the owner Eddie is hilarious. It is spotless clean here and the quality of their work is meticulous.
