Ive been coming here since I was a teenager, about 12 years. Ive tried other places and have never gone back to them. I reccomend it to anyone who asks for my opinion or compliments my nails and ive never left their store without smiling. I do prefer my favorite tech but trust them all except one new guy. The guy I will wait for, always gets down to the cuticle, doesnt hurt me or cause bleeding, he asks me what i want rather than assuming when it comes to length and my nails are always strong and long lasting, great condition. I went for a pedicure and the guy scrubbed my feet roughly, causing me to bleed on the sides of my feet. I hated the nail polish but he wouldn’t switch for me. He was rushing me, and barely kept his eyes on what he was doing. To the point of where he was leaning to the seat next to me to see what the other worker was doing. My toes and feet her. Have been going to this nail salon for years. I always have Daniel, the owner, or his wife, Chi do my acrylic nails. They look great and stay on up to a month or longer. Am constantly complimented on my nails and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. The only downside is they often discourage making appointments---it's first come, first served. Regal Nails can sometimes be very busy especially on weekends so be prepared to wait or ask how long the wait time will be and do some browsing in Walmart. Read Less

My 12 yr old daughter used her birthday money to get her nails done here. The owner is the one who did her nails and told her, with me listening very close by, that it would cost $24. When it was time to pay, I was trying to teach her about how to tip and such. He then asked her to pay $30 for her nails! I told him that this was not what he said the price would be and he just kind shrugged at me! I told him he was taking advantage of a 12 year old girl who just so happened to have some $. I have been going there on and off for several years on occasion, but the service and quality of work is gettingv worse and worse each time I go. I can promise that they have certainly lost ANY business from me or my family. Thank Chi for the time and care you put into my nails. I use my hands alot and I'm pretty hard on them. You did a great job, however, D who took over my appointment this last time did not. He filled my nails and then trimmed the ends. I did tell him he did it wrong, he thought I was funny. Well not a week went by and my nails lifted from the ends and now I do not have beautiful nails. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE! Don't come here unless you only want "square" shaped nails. After showing Chi (owner/tech) a picture and describing the nail shape that I wanted (coffin) she proceeded to place the nail tips on and chop the sides too narrow. After explaining to her that this is not what I wanted she told me that I was being too difficult and refused to do my nails; telling me to go somewhere else. Every time I come in here they rush me out. My acrylic peeled off 2 weeks later, they didn't paint them all the way to the edges and I have a corn on my finger now from this place. I started bleeding from the drill and they just continued to do my nails and got my blood on their equipment and put it back in the drawer. If they did this with me I'm sure they're doing it with others. Absolutely disgusting I will never go back. Read Less

Omgoodness! I LOVE this place... They don't rush, they treat you like a human not a ticket, and the perfection so on point. I had Ben doing my nails and they came out beautiful, all the way to the cuticle and shaped perfectly, no dips in the middle of the nail. And Jason, omg his hands were magical with my feet and legs. The white tips, he took his time and look stunning....Than the wax dip for my feet....I work on my feet 12 hrs a day, I've never had such soft feet before. I have finally found my place out here... Cuz the places in flint just treat you like live stock and is rude, I stopped getting my nails done. But this place... And it's located in Walmart, who would of thought. Lol 😘 Read Less

I was in this Racist nail Salon the other day. While getting my toes painted the lady next to Me said how cool my design was! She goes on to say I should tell my friends about this salon to bring in more business ! At this point the nail tech screams Oh! Zoo we don't want "them" here? I ask her what she means? The tech then says black ppl bring there whole family with them and breaks things ? I ask her if she realize that's a Very Racist statement ? She says your good you pretty? Came in @ 5:00pm. Signed in for a fill and pedi. Started pedi (more money) and it took a long time after waiting 35 min. It got to be 7:15pm and they asked me to come back the next day. Well, why wouldn't you do my hands first instead of my feet if you knew you could not do both. My feet are in shoes all day. It's all about the money. Fill $15 & pedi $37 go figure.
