Worst pedicure ever. The guy was pretty much running around I wad in and out of that chair in 15 minutes or less. Pretty sure he didn’t even put a top coat on my toe nails. Acrylics were ok, color wants covering all of the tips and nails are uneven or not the same shape :/ Read Less

Stopped in for a shellac manicure (30$), and fell in love. Lots of techs so no wait. Tons of gorgeous colors. My technician was Whitney she did a beautiful job was very detailed in making sure it was perfect. And it was! I'll defiantly will be returning. Read Less

I've been searching for Paul and Sandy for 1 1/2 years after they moved from another nail salon and had been servicing me for 8 years! Well I finally found them. They are customer friendly and the salon is serene. I scheduled an appointment with and had an awesome experience. I didn't expect anything less anyway. My sister and I came here to get pedicures together. We scheduled online ahead of time, and when we arrived we were seated right away. The nail technicians offered us an "upgrade" which I chose the green tea detox (which I highly recommend). Their polish selection is pretty massive, which is always nice. Busy Saturday but it was very well staffed and I sat down immediately. Going on day 11 with gels and they are just fine! Couldn't find exactly the color I had in mind but the staff worked hard to find the closest thing to it. They have a large selection to choose from, in their defense I was looking for a weird color. Occupational hazard, I have dry hands, my tech worked gently around a dry-hand-induced cut I had. Very clean and sanitary (especially given the cut)! Worse customer service I experienced in a long time! I've been here 3 times and every time they seemed so rude. They were so rude to me, I left without getting my nails polished. Had a hard time finding a color because they were dried out and shelac wasn't true to pallet colors. They cursed me out on my way out the door in their language and was laughing. Never ever going back. The pedicure I just got is so absolutely awful it's borderline hilarious. My feet are still so rough afterward and the polish job is so terrible I'm going straight home and take it off. Also, he cut me twice with the cuticle trimmers and there is blood smeared throughout my polish job .... Yuck!! My toes looked better going into that place today than they do now. Honestly, the worst gel polish job I have ever received. Been getting gel polish for 5+ years and been to many places in Metro Detroit... Had some time to kill in the Grand Blanc area and needed my polish changed. They use a drill to file, which I don't love. And the ploish is wavy and bubbled on my nail bed. The tips and sides of my nails aren't done evenly either. Would not recommend. Didn't have time to have them fix it, nor do I trust it would have been. Read Less

An (Ann) is the BEST! Not only is she extremely thorough, but she is a total sweetheart! She is very soft spoken, but was nice to talk with. My pedi and shellac mani were precise and very nicely done. Her foot and hand massages were wonderful!Her husband was also sweet and obviously proud of his wife. :) Their daughter was super chatty and adorable!! I was not greeted when I walked in and a younger girl (long dark hair) shook her head "No" to me and continued to flip through her car catalog. The lady I had rushed through the whole deluxe spa part of my pedicure. There was no massage, just a few seconds of light rubbing of lotion twice. I wish I had seen the previous review to only go with the men. I can see all the men giving nice slow leg and foot massages. I feel like I am paying for the deluxe but only got a basic.The nail polish was done so thin, the big toe peeled off an hour later when my daughter barely touched it. This should not happen with OPI nail polish. I know what's going on here. They must be filling the bottles with cheaper polish. There is no way this cheap peel off crap is OPI. Very dissatisfied. The best place to go for nails and the "spa treatment"! Prices are the BEST, everyone is friendly, and they know what they are doing. Your nails last: no cracking and they don't lift off. They have great hours and you can always call and schedule an appointment so you don't have to wait. Many times I've just walked in and have always been taken within just a few minutes!
