Absolute WORST gel manicure I have ever had in my life. I had to go somewhere in desperate need. The lady drilled the shit out of my nails repeatedly even after I told her it was hurting me. Every nail is uneven. My gel is lumpy, it's not even at all by my cuticles, Gel is also all over my cuticles including smeared on some of my fingers! Four of us went a couple days before my daughters wedding. The woman that did my daughters nails (the bride) cut my daughters toe and caused an infection, the person that did my other daughter didn't listen to her when she requested one nail on each hand to be gold and even when we brought it up he basically said oh well, he then rushed to leave which we realized is why he didn't want to spend any more time on her nails, he was rushing to get out. I asked many times if I could have gold detail on one nail on each hand, I asked many times to there would be no confusion....she does it in white. My one daughters shellac peeled off within 3 days. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. My sister and I visited this place just today where my nails needed to be corrected three times and still weren't right. My cuticles were mangled and bleeding. I was told one price twice until the end where they added $10 for my pedicure which was not finished. My sister's polish and rhinestones began coming off after driving up the street 5 minutes away to a local restaraunt. The lines on our polish were extremely sloppy and uneven. No one offered us a discount or free service as compensation. Lee (manager/owner) insisted on arguing about the price after I stated to him respectfully that I will not argue about it but that I did disagree about what was initially told to me price wise. Lee continued to argue (alone) and rudely dismissed us from the salon. I never got my manicure and my pedicure was incomplete. I will not be returning to this salon and do not recommend anyone else giving their business to this salon either. I actually recommend LL Nails on Fenton Rd. in Grand Blanc. They are kind, professional, clean, and reasonably priced. OP nails wanted to charge me $60 for mani-pedi with MINIMAL stones. They charge $30 for a regular polish only pedicure 😣😣😣. You can get all this and MUCH MORE at LL cheaper and MUCH better quality. Also, one of the times I requested a correction, the tech (Kim) ignored me and told me she was only going to apply top coat and was unwilling to fix it. Do not visit this salon. Read Less

This was my first time going to OP nails, I considered it to be a good experience it was very clean and orderly the man who did my nails was fast and friendly and did them exactly the way I ask. They are located in a good area of town ,the prices are reasonable they have tons of different color acrylics to choose from so that was a plus in my book I got my second pedicure I've ever had in my life and I enjoyed it she massaged my feet and my legs which I needed very badly, I will be going back to OP nails. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I waited 45 minutes for the owner Lee to do my nails. I've been a faithful customer for 5 years. Today, it was freezing so I asked Lee how much longer was he going to be with current customer, because, I wanted to walk next door to Big Boy to get a cup of coffee. He says, 20 min. I state, ok, I'm going next door to get a cup of coffee and will be right back. He says, if you leave, someone will come in and take your place. Surely he's joking I'm thinking and I go next door and come right back, max time 3 minutes. When I get back another customer who I passed on my way out is sitting there waiting and he is still with the other customer. I sit back down and wait 10 minutes. When he finishes with present customer, he takes the customer that walked in when I went to get coffee, who was sitting there waiting with me when I got back. I asked him are you seriously going to take this customer before me when I've been sitting here waiting for you for 45 minutes! His response was "I warned you". Are you kidding me??? Then he had the nerve to say he was trying to be fair! I cannot tell you how many times that I had to wait 3 minutes for him AFTER I sat down to get my nails done, but had to wait because he had to take a smoking break!!! Then he comes back in smelling of smoke, when I don't smoke, but he says to me he wants to be fair. No he wants to be rude, disrespectful, and it is no wonder why he cannot keep any other nail techs in there but his wife! I cannot begin to describe how much I regret going here. One employee (owner?) Lee was the rudest person I have ever met. Completely ruined my day out with my mom and aunt by telling my aunt her thick toenails weren't normal and she needed to see a doc, despite her having a pedicure done by the female employees there several times. All he had done was put the tablet in for her to soak her feet. I suggested maybe she shouldn't get a pedicure because he said he couldn't cut them. He **screamed** at me that he had already started to do the work and that I was responsible for doing research into what a pedicure entailed. WTF?! Then, during the manicure, he tells us that he will charge $5 for polish removal because we aren't doing a gel again. When asked why, again gets belligerent, saying he could charge us ten if he wanted, that my aunt, who was about in tears at this point, was arguing with him, and that he needed to protect his business. Everyone in the place was horrified by his stomping and slamming things around as well as yelling at us. Please avoid this verbally abusive place. I really don't want that to happen to other people. This was the rudest Salon, I ever been to say the least, they began with lieing about the prices, one said $30.00, the other worker says $40.00 ( toe polish, n fill in), so I decide just for the toe polish, the lady let the orange run under neath my big toe nail so I asked her was she going to remove that, another who claims to be the owner says "NO", mind u she's cleaning, so I'm getting pink & white, so I asked my lady to take an orange wood stick with cotton n go underneath my toe nail cause your going to see it, (she caused it by letting the acetone run from the cotton ball) so the owner went to speaking there language, so the lady doing my feet is just sitting like she wasn't going to do it, so I politely asked her again, n the owner says something smart, I asked her would she let this lady work n stay out of r conversation, she tells me to "shut up" I respond n tell her to be quiet how rude n disrespectful, so she tells me I'm the owner n to get out!!!
