They pried my old nails off and ground then down a second time so they're very thin and fragile. I got gel nails and they did the wrong color without an apoligy or compensation. I had such an amazing experience with this nail salon. I got my gel pedicure a month ago and til this day the gel has stayed on my nails. Barely any part of the gel was lifted and I am going to be coming back to get it filled again. The pedicurist that did my nails took their time and made sure their weren't any mistakes. Read Less

I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I got the worst french manicure I have ever had, in my life. The whole experience was bad, and the guy doing my nails seemed like he was rushing through it all. I will never recommend this nail salon to anyone. I went to this salon for a pedicure and this was definitely the strangest experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I was not greeted when I entered the salon which should have been a red flag. The nail technician made weird and inappropriate jokes while I was receiving a pedicure (so weird that other customers felt uncomfortable). This place is simply terrible. I received a pedicure from the older Asian man, and he was extremely rude. The polish job was sloppy, and when I complained he became angry and said "well it's white polish what do you expect, it's just gonna be like that!" and I politely said "no sir it's not going to be like that, I've gotten white polish before and it wasn't sloppy". So he began to fix it and as I tried to show him the errors, he cut me off and said "I know I know be quiet I'll fix it". I don't know who he thought he was taking to... maybe his daughter... wife... etc. but he was not going to talk to me like that! I said "you are extremely rude for no reason and you've been rude the entire time I've been here". DONT COME HERE!! They talk down to you which is completely unnecessary and rude! Couldn't stay for my pedicure. The ventilation was so terrifying I honestly had a headache just waiting. There was an employee smoking RIGHT outside the door that questioned why my friend and I were leaving and was argumentative about the awful chemical smell and why I wouldn't wait.Read Less

We had an appointment for 3 of us, we got there and waited for about 30 minutes before they even started our pedis. The man who did my pedi did not spend much time on exfoliation. When I got my mani, I did not get a hand massage or lotion at the end. the man also took a smoke break in between my mani and pedi. Unprofessional.
