I LOVE THIS PLACE. Please don't be discouraged by the negative Nancy's - I was just here last week and I am so impressed by the quality of work and customer service at this place. They had recently moved and their new location is beautiful. I was told it used to be a garage but looking at it now, you would never have guessed! I went in for a acrylic fill with shellac polish and pedicure. For just $3 extra, you can get their callus remover gel applied to your feet and the dead skin removed. Totally worth it to keep your feet soft even in the summer when it's flip flops season. I wanted matching colors for my hands and feet - I went with #56 (light pink) on my hands and picked what I thought was a matching color for my feet. When she discovered that the colors didn't quite match, the lady who painted my toes tried a few pink shades together to make sure I get a matching tone. She went out of her way and I am so glad she did!! The guy who did my nails was also great! He removed all the old acrylics that was starting to lift, applied fresh layer on top and shaped them to perfection. Everyone in the salon was so friendly and I am so glad to have found them. This is by far the BEST in the area.....including Muskegon, Big Rapids and Newaygo.Not only are they professional....but the experience is fun.  They are social and interact with you. We make appointments for family day. ( mom, daughters and Granddaughters)  Our time is honored and they are not rushing to push you threw when someone else walks in the door.Awesome manicures and pedicures!!! Very clean and well kept. This place was amazing. While you do have to make an appointment, which is a semi annoyance to me, I like the freedom of walking in a place at will, it is well worth it. The prices are stamdard for nails. Tammy is fantastic, super talkative, amazing artist, and soo accomodating. I never had nail art completed before (well in a manner that was worth bragging about), but she called the guy who works in the shop over and he did a beautiful feather on them.I am sad this shop is all the way up in fremount, but it is well worth the drive and the fact I do have a cabin up in Newaygo, makes traveling there less of a hassel. After a terrible experience in the summer I decided to come back. The owner Tammy is rude and I'm certain is unaware what good customer service means. My apt was at 5:30 they however didn't wait on me until 6. The owner Tammy wrapped presents for Christmas and socialized with regular customers not even acknowledging me or the time I spent waiting. While I waited she complained about customers calling to make appointments.This place is 2 minutes from work and convenient but going forward I'll drive to Muskegon or Grand Rapids.  Fremont needs a new nail salon.
