I’m not sure why anyone would continue to support these types of nail salons. The owner was pushing for me to get a full set and I told him there was no reason for me to get a full set. So he did my nails so terrible I left for vacation right after. I know he did it on purpose because this was the third or fourth time He has done my nails. The prices are different every time you go to these places. They use the cheapest products and charge more than an American speaking salon where all the girls are licensed. My nails were 50.00 and fell off after 2 weeks. But since I got my mom a gift card, decided to go back with her and try again. They charged us each $42.00 (fill in for my mom) and new set for me. My moms nails have missing polish on all of her nails. My polish looks like a child did it. I understand price change and it's rarely consistent wherever I go but I've never had my nails pop off - pink and white gel at $50 should be tough. Will never return. Just don't think the pricing or quality of product is fair. Read Less

I thought this place was wonderful since I have been going since I moved here last year. Unfortunately, the customer service progressively got worse. I have gotten in multiple altercations with the owner about how I want my nails. I also realize that the business is suffering due to sink hole. BUT when you rush your current customer to make sure you satisfy the next is awful customer service in my eyes. Read Less

I have gotten pedicures, manicures, and full sets here. I love the technicians and the service. I've never had much of a wait, and they always have smiles on their faces. As a nail biter, I am guilty of sometimes chewing on the fake nails and breaking them off, but they're so sturdy, that I had no trouble at all keeping them on. The shellac is great, the color selection is huge, and the salon is very very VERY clean. Although the prices may be slightly higher, the service and cleanliness is wonderful. 2 points for a good pedicure. The guy there should not be allowed to do acrylics, though. I haven't ever had a bad experience at a nail salon, most corner shops do a wonderful job and I'm always happy with the work. My good luck streak came to an end upon entering this place. Where do I start?My left hand nails are all longer than my right hand.  I asked for coffin shape, In the end they looked more like square, but i kept quiet about it. Dumb idea, keeping my mouth shut cost me $5, he charged me extra for a shaping... Part of the process of doing nails is shaping. A $5 up charge he didn't mention until the last minute, mind you. It's 5 days after my fill in with shellac polish and 4 of my nails are lifting. He half assed the work because he couldn't talk me into getting a new set, which I didn't need, my nails weren't even lifting after 3 weeks of growth. He made sure to pry one off to tack on a repair charge to make up for $5 he lost out on when I said no thank you to the sugar scrub during the pedicure.This guy was greedy, tried to get every penny he could out of me and didn't even do a good enough job to charge for all of it.$75 right down the toilet, I will never ever ever ever come here again. This place is amazing!! All the people are friendly and do a wonderful job! I got my nail done and they look amazing I will never go any where else. I also got my eyebrows done and Lynn made them look PERFECT she was soo friendly and sweet she also did my eyelash which turned out to be AMAZING!! Read Less

First time there today. Very clean. Lynn was friendly.  She did a good job on my nails. Thought it was a bit pricey though. Lynn clipped old gel & tips off....easy as they were old. She put acrylic on top of my natural nails and polished them. $27. Maybe I'm just cheap. Used to paying that for full set with tips. Read Less

Great service and value! I stopped in for a mani pedi. It was $36. They used a foot bath liner and new file and buffer. All the tools were sterilized. Other places that offer the proper hygiene charge much more. Tony was my nail tech and he was polite and friendly. They have brand name polishes like Essie and OPI. They do the hot towel on your legs. I will be going back. Read Less
