Great place 👍I've been coming here for about 7 yrs now. Lisa is great! She's very sweet and caring. The only negative 👎 review that I'd give is to pay attention when the other workers tell you your total bc they tend to try to overcharge you? But not Lisa. Bc I've been coming so long and get the same thing every time, a fill in w the mood changing color, I know that it is $30 and then I get my eyebrows waxed so my total should be $40 every other week. But for some reason occasionally if one of the men do my nails they try to charge me $50? Other than that they are wonderful! The shop is always clean, my nails get done quickly, and they look great afterwards! If your looking to be disturbed by politics while trying to enjoy getting your nails done and relaxing then this is the BS place to come.  There is a man that works here who is very disrespectful.  He does not seem to like to shut his mouth and states who ever believes otherwise is STUPID even after you tell him you disagree.  He sits there and says all doctors, police, and every HUMAN is stupid except his.  He also squeezes your finger harder as he rambles on.  The only plus is that there is no WAIT time and I can see why. The Lady at the first table, Very Rude... she Rushed through my nails and had terrible customer service . I am very polite customer so I asked, if she was having a bad day? The customer next to me said she was hungry. I asked her if she needed a break to eat, but she ignored me and still was very rude. I ended up leaving and not having my full service done because she was so darn rude and unwelcoming. Later that day I ended up coming back to have my pedicure but I demanded to have someone else only because it was a Sunday, no other places were open around and I had an important event later that evening.The other lady was very nice & expressed that everyone has problems with the grinch at the first seat..... If you go there, request the guys or the younger lady. Or if you're stuck with the older grinch, make sure she ate something or come back later for the other ppl. Read Less

Don't go...I just moved here and it was horrible. I asked for a fill for acrylic the lady rushed through. She painted my nails horribly, I'm going to have to repaint them. I can't speak on any services other than acrylic fill. Don't waste your money! Read Less

I love this place purely because they are close to where I live however it's extremely hit or miss. Last time I came here was over a year ago and I had a terrible experience where I got my nails done and the lady (who I believe no longer works there) did a terrible job. I ended up coming back later at night For her to redo them however they weren't very good the second time either. The entire time she kept hurting me and although I told her she didn't care and she just laughed. This caused me to not come back for a year but today I went in to get a pedicure and manicure and I was pleased with my visit! It was fast for my nails and they look good! I had to wait a little for my toes as there was only one person doing pedicures and she was with another person but she was very nice and with the way they turned out I didn't mind waiting. Came in for a manicure and pedicure with a reasonable amount of time before they close. Felt extremely rushed. The lady who did my manicure used boiling hot water to let my fingers soak in, they can't exactly soak when I can't get use to the temperature. Have me take my shoes off at the manicure table, and walk on their floor across the store to the pedicure chair, which i don't feel is very professional for a business. Quick service maybe I came on the right Saturday and right time 3 pm... But they have a good vibe of music more than enough pedicure chairs. Make sure that you get the deluxe pedicure well worth it. They are very attentive and I enjoyed it... Great and relaxing! Read Less

Absolutely awful experience.....the worst customer service i have ever had...anywhwere.....i was treated like dirt.....horrible pedicure....great manicure by a different person ...but then treated with such rudeness than i can even put into words.....left in tears and willnhave ro get a polish change tomorrow for being forced out the door into the cold in paper flip-flops before my nails even dried ....i woild recommend this place to NOBODY... I have visited D Nails several times before and have always been quite pleased. This last time my daughter n law and I went as part of her Christmas present.. I was so disappointed aswas she. The water in my foot bath was cold, when rinsing my feet and legs the water was very hot almost to the point of burning! ThThe lady did not speak English. My daughter n law said that the woman that provided her service did not know how to file her nails. We had review nail polish on our ...toes but wanted pink & white on our fingers. The lady that did my daughter n law's did not know how to do pink & white so another lady did that and wanted to be tipped also. I gave a generous tip prior to starting our finger nails to both ladies that started with us and did not think another tip was appreciate Just because she did not finish the job she stared . I've been getting my eyebrows done for 10 years now and I have to say this is the absolute worst place I have ever been. After leaving d nails my eye brows are completely different. Where one is long and arched the other has no arch and is completely shorter than the other. Not only are my eyebrows horrible but there the lady left wax all over my eye lids, forehead, and side of my face below my eyes where she didn't even wax. I will not be going back. Went there for shellac and it doesn't last as long.. Wanted nail art on my toes and they said yes yes I can do and when it was time it looked like my 2 year old nephew did it.. Then the girl said I can do and it was even worse! I told them no art just color and they were very rude to me! It doesn't seem very clean inside there either! Read Less

When summer rolls around I treat myself to pedicures and this place does the best ones around.  I love that they don't rush and the end result is worth it.  What I also love about this place, it is VERY clean.  And I have watched the employees thoroughly clean the tub where you soak your feet and the tools used.
