I have been a regular customer but today I give up on them. They take no pride in the work that they do and it shows. Today I left with the worst paint job I have ever seen. I hate to give bad reviews to local business owners but they deserve it. Make people want to come back. I am now looking for a new nail salon.

I’ve gotten my nails done here once before and they were pretty good. Not the best. Then I wanted to get my acrylic taken off, so I was calling around and the guy that answered the phone said they take acrylic off by soaking in acetone. So I decided to go there and as soon as I sit down, the lady used a tool to get between my real nail and my acrylic, and started ripping off the acrylic. I have had this done before by a different salon and never hurt as much as it did here. I was almost in tears with how much it hurt but didn’t want to make a scene and decided to tough it out. When she was finally done, I had some acrylic stuck on my nails that she never ended up taking off, and I had a bloody thumb nail. I asked her to cut them and she trimmed them and just barely filed them down. My nails are all different lengths, and very sharp around the edges. I’m very disappointed and upset that I was told one thing and left in pain. 3 hours later my fingernails are still tender.

I went in with my sister and my niece because they were getting pedicures and it was my nieces birthday. I myself, did not need my nails done so I sat in the pedicure next to them (mind you- we were the only people in the place so I wasn’t disrupting business) I put the chair massage on and the lady look at me and said no pedicure, no chair. I believe that’s bad customer service. If I needed a pedicure I would have gotten one.. but I didn’t 🙄

This place has the worst customer service . I went in for a shellac manicure and a pedicure. My feet were in the pedicure bowl for almost an hour . They offered no communication of long wait time for me to be serviced. They weren't even busy !! I ended up going to Pro Nails on south Saginaw street! I received excellent fast and friendly service!

Unfriendly and unsatisfying! My "spa" pedicure was not relaxing at all. She went so fast and just kept pushing one foot in the water and grabbing the next. No attention to cuticles and the massage was two slaps on each shin. Should have spent the extra $5 to go across the street to Epic Nails!

When we arrived there was a small wait and the girls called in another employee. He was there within in minutes attending to clients. Love our nails and can't beat the price.

I have been a regular customer but today I give up on them. They take no pride in the work that they do and it shows. Today I left with the worst paint job I have ever seen. I hate to give bad reviews to local business owners but they deserve it. Make people want to come back. I am now looking for a new nail salon.
