I’m not from the area so when I did a quick search of “nail salons” around me .. this was the first to pop up. So I called once and asked “do you guys take walk-ins and do you offer SNS/ dip powder?” The gentlemen’s response was yes we take walk-ins but we don’t do dip powder . I said ok thank you and we got off the phone. Then I called back about 5 mins later after my search for SNS failed and asked if they offered shellac/gel polish .. his response was and I quote “ YEA YOU KEEP CALLING BACK YES WE DO LIKE YOU KEEP CALLING” and it’s in all caps because he yelled it . I have no idea how this place can be rated so high...worst nail salon experience I've ever had. Their idea of a spa pedicure is a joke. No exfoliation. No massage to speak of...just a weak attempt to rub in the cheap lotion & a "punch" to the bottom of each foot. No base coat under the polish & not a can of drying spray in sight. It took the woman less than 25 minutes & cost $25. My toes look pretty bad, too...filed uneven & sloppy painting. I tried to get her to fix it, but she couldn't seem to understand me. I think she just couldn't be bothered to do a decent job. I couldn't wait to get out, so I guess I'm actually grateful she did her messy job so quickly. Don't waste your time or money. Read Less

No stars. I called the week of Easter to see if I could make an appt for 2 gel manicures and 2 regular pedicures. The man that answered said oh no we don't take appointments. I asked him if he would have enough people to accommodate us if we came in Saturday afternoon. He said oh yes. So, when I got there on Saturday at 1:30, there were about 3 techs and before I even got fully in the door, a man was yelling to me that they were booked up for the day. I said, but I called and told there were no appointments. He showed me a piece of paper with a bunch of names where they had people sign in and leave.
