Terrible Customer service. Their facility is not clean and very cluttered. The woman was extremely rude and this place ended up loosing customers equalling $400 + tips because of the way they treated my neices and daughters. Not to mention when called ahead of time, they said they do in fact have specific types of acrylic that they do NOT have. Neither my family nor myself will EVER come back. Read Less

Didn't think I would be turned away for asking for one nail, yes ONE NAIL, to be fixed almost 30 mins before closing!  Was told, "we stop taking people"!  Very poor customer service!  Looked suspect inside anyway so I probably dodged a bullet! Read Less

If you want a cheap pedicure & don't care about Sanitation...sure go for it. Today I went in for a pedicure $25.  All was going well until the manicurist next to me grabbed the Dremel tool that my manicurist just used on my toes to remove cuticles and polish, never was cleaned and still had all of my skin all over the tip! She started using it on her client, dirty! I said something to both and the client was concerned but the manicurist just kept using the dirty tool on her toes! The owner was called over & told me that the dremel tip could not be cleaned nd that they were too busy to clean all the tools between clients!  I could bring my own tools in or end my pedicure and leave if I don't like it...Wow! I was already this far in the pedi and exposed to what ever bacteria or virus that could be lurking.* Just so you know that I am a licensed Cosmetologist and have worked in salons for over 10 years (I should have known better) but I do know proper client protection procedures so sharing implements between clients without cleaning is a No-No ! I am filing a compliant with the state board and praying I don't get an infection ( btw I was also cut pretty bad on the toe by the steel cheese grater foot file) Read Less

My visit was on a Monday afternoon after I arrived from Jacksonville, FL.  ....my husband's from the area but isn't up on the nail scene in Flint.  I only needed two nails repaired so we simply chose the first nail salon we saw.  When I walked in there were two clients getting their nails done and one client getting a pedicure.  The lady advised me it would be 10 minutes for my wait.  After the 20 minute marker I asked them again how much longer she expected my wait to be.  She responded hastily I don't know then proceeded to speak in her foreign language and laugh with her friend.  As I thanked them for wasting my time I walked out of the door.  Typically I am a patient and nice person until you attempt to pacify me, lie and provide horrible customer service.  If I was you I'd go somewhere else.  They don't value your time or perhaps they don't really know what they are doing and are slow.  ....I will never know the answer to this question as I won't be back the next time I'm in town visiting family. So this a nail salon where you can also get eyebrow waxing & eyebrow tatoos.  They do a decent job depending on who you go too. Kristine is the most consisted person I ever dealt with for nails & eyebrow waxing. Read Less

Awful experience and anything BUT Happy. I have never had a pedicure that was so rushed and thoughtless. The girl doing my mani/pedi was not friendly but rushed through without any regard to that this is supposed to be a relaxing experience! I was part of a bridal party of 5 there to have nails done. Despite being warned WEEKS ahead of time this salon was not staffed for our visit. The employees barely spoke English. Two out of their six massage chairs did not work. Which chairs did they fill with water for our pedicures??? The broken ones! We wanted something that would last so the girl suggested French tips. My first chips started less than 245 hours later, another girl had 9/10 nails chipped 24 hours later! When she went back to have them redone they actually GAVE HER A HARD TIME! And another guy there said white tips do NOT last long. Maybe girl #1 recommended them because they were an additional $5? It was pricey too, $40 for the WORST mani/pedi I've ever had? No thanks!
