I’ve loved my nails almost every time I’ve been here, Connie always does a wonderful job and I’d recommend her more than anyone else. But i gave 3 Stars because of the customer service. Almost every time I’ve been here, I’ve recieved rude comments. They either don’t talk to me or they insult my nails, hands or fingers. When they do have a conversation, i always feel that they seem a little rude? They also tend to tell you “it would look better if you did this” to get you to use shellac or a more expensive nail polish. Came for a second time with a friend. Both had pedicures and they were extremely rushed. It honestly looks like we didn’t even get pedicures and the polish on both are very streaky. For $45 seems like I would be somewhat happy but not at all lol! Definitely won’t be back and will stick to professional salons. Read Less

I used to go here constantly but moved and went to a different salon, well I haven’t found a place that does such a wonderful job as this place I drive 30 minutes just to go here. This is an excellent place to go to get your nails done. Ask for Connie when you go. She does an awesome job on your nails. Every time I go I feel amazing. She does my manicure and pedicures. They treat you so well here and with such respect. They even offer you beverages while you are getting your nails done. I give this place more than 5 stars. I would never go anywhere else. Let's just start by saying my friend and I went for a girls day (my friend has been here more than I have) and I've been here twice now and neither of my visits or my friends' has turned into and enjoyable and relaxing experience. The massage chairs are great but every design we've wanted has never been exact what we have shown them and they weren't difficult designs. Sometimes they are a bit rude and rough. We've gotten just polish on our toes and one person just did polish nothing more nothing less. Another person did more cleaning and trimming the toe nail. The first time I went I got my toe nails painted and a full set of acrylics and it was $50. This time I went I got my toe nails painted and a filling and it was $70 and when I questioned them they just made up excuses and hurried to run my card while I was asking questions. I had a pedicure which included foot and leg massage with Heather. She did an excellent job on my pedicure which was a good value for the very reasonable charge of $20. The salon prefers payment by cash or check to reduce credit card fees. I'm gladly willing to do that for our local small businesses. I will go back and I'd highly recommend Heather. Read Less

I don't remember how I came across Pro Nails & Spa , but I was so glad I did. Pro Nails & Spa has the best beauty day deal I have ever come across! They took such good, gentle care, I was offered wonderful massage. They brought out these bowls of steaming water filled with lavender and soak my feet. Plus, the skill of the technicians was great. Came here on a Friday at 6pm after attempting to get in to 2 other salons in Fenton that had no open spots. Very spacious & looks elegant. Staff was polite. Amazing massage chairs.I wanted a pedicure in June because I'm going to be outside & I want soft feet on the bottoms. The lady did not even file my feet at all. I soaked my feet & she clipped my nails & put polish on. My girlfriend on the other hand had the other end of the spectrum. Her lady pulled out what looked like the standard hand held kitchen cheese grater & went to town on her feet causing them to bleed. There is also a jar of orange jelly that is scooped out with a tongue depressor & used on your legs. They do not change the depressor with each person. Doesn't seem sanitary. On the outside the salon is elegant & enticing however due to this experience I do not feel that I would return. Read Less

I had an incredibly frustrating experience here. I am an easy-going customer... I don't need to be spoken to while getting my nails done; I don't need any thing other than what I came for. I also never leave no tip because I work in the service industry, BUT I also don't like to be treated like an inconvenience. Thus, this bad review was birthed. The first thing that happened was the nail tech ran over my skin with the electric file... happens, right? Well, I jumped my hand back and she immediately pulled it right back. I said that I was sorry, but that the machine hurt my finger. She proceeded to investigate my hand and stare at me like I was lying to her or something. Ok, that was the first uncomfortable incident. Then she continued to jerk my hand around like I was getting continuously lazy on her. She would take her file and smack my hand with it and then aggressively adjust it. And all of this was being done while also rolling her eyes and sighing under her mask. At this point I'M getting increasingly more aggravated. She tells me to pick a color, while I'm away (less than 2 mins) she takes a phone call at her chair. When I sit down with the color she tells me (without looking at me), "that color is going to be $5 more" .... why? It isn't gel? It's regular OPI. She doesn't tell me why it's more. She just tells me that it's got a gel consistency to it.... but it isn't gel. Therefore you're just nickel and diming me because you want to flex your muscles and be rude. So, I take it back to the stand and pick a new color. I did accidentally drop the polish and break it. This was a complete accident and I did feel bad about it. I sat back down after trying to clean. She tells me that I need to pay for the polish. The way she said it and by telling me that I needed to pay for it really irritated me. I told her that her service was terrible and that she made every thing about this trip uncomfortable. I did not pay for the polish OR tip because of the service I received. No one should have to be treated like that when they are paying for a service. It's really unfortunate for the business that she works there because the other technicians are friendly. But this one visit really put a bad taste in my mouth. This is why they say to leave your attitudes at the door when you come to work... you never know who will never come back because of it. I came in today a little before close to check on some prices for the nails I wanted for my wedding this weekend I said I was going to come back tomorrow but when I show them my nail design which was very simple just acrylics white and pink they turned me away and said they couldn't do it said they have nothing like that there.
