I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. Very unorganized. Took the lady over an hour to do my nails. Even coughed all over me multiple times. The acrylic is so think On my nails. They didn’t turn out right at all. I even had to file them myself. Also she never asked me for regular nail polish or gel. Just insisted on gel. I paid $35 on nails that aren’t great at all. I wouldn't even give 1 star. This lady didn't understand what I wanted. They aren't shaped the way I wanted. They are so think and in even. And she didn't even clean the junk under my nails. I kept asking her to fix and she never fixed. She was too worried about putting in a new dvd. I would never go here again The first picture is what I wanted. And the others is what I got😈 not happy. This salon was surprisingly efficient and great quality! I live in Chicago but was here for vacation. Amy did such a great job on my nails and pedicure - even a hot stone massage! The place was nicely decorated better than most of these nail salons. The reason I go to these instead of the hair salons is for the price and ease of getting in (no appointments), however I have noticed the prices have become higher than most hair salons . Prices are listed at $30 but when your done it's magically $45?? Plus they hurt you and do not seem to mind. I have had my skin filed down and nail bed as well as bleeding and burning and they just yank your hand back when you pull it. My nails were uneven, there was acrylic glopped on the ends and they were very thin therefore only lasted a week. They were so sore I needed medication for the first day. More should be done to monitor these salons that are owned and operated by Vietnamese or Asian people who speak little to no English and worry more about money than hygiene, clients pain, cheating others of prices and overall bad nail application. How are these places still operating? I have seen a pizza place, Bob Evans, Kmart and Ruby Tuesdays close down in this area but these nail salons still run? I will definitely go to the nail and hair salons to get my nails done the right way for now on. It's not worth it anymore now that the prices are high and yet the nails are done terribly. Also many of the positive reviews seem to be from friends or family as the broken English indicates. I have also researched these salons and they are all family run and they do ask for high reviews as this is their only source of income. Don't trust the positive reviews! Read Less

I ran in to just have them paint my toes...it was a last minute decision. I thought well, at least they will be painted...Wow! I was blown away by my pedicure! Slim to zero conversation (which I like, so I can relax) amazing massage chair! Warm towels and the most incredible hot rock leg massage I've ever had! I've been here twice and will never go back. The first time I went I asked her to do black lines on top of the orange acrylic and she said she would. She forgot so when I asked when she was going to add them she said, "next time" she charged me $30 which I thought was high but I hadn't checked the price prior to coming in so I didn't question her. A few days later I saw her sign that said "full set $20"My nails started lifting in the back really soon after getting them done. Today I went in and I told her I wanted the orange acrylics off and to have all new acrylics put on and she said "no that's too much work" so she left the orange acrylics on and did my nails. I had checked her sign before walking in and it said "fill $15" she charged me $25 when I questioned her she said it's because I got gel, I didn't ask for gel and after talking to a friend who does nails professionally she said that I did not have gel nails and that the lady lied. I had some time to kill between a few doctors appointment so I stopped in at Da-vi Nail Salon in Walmart to get a pedicure.  They could take me right away, which was wonderful.  The chairs you sit in for a pedicure are fantastic. The good parts end at the chair. The woman that preformed my pedicure was very rough when working on my feet.  I'm not claiming to have the smoothest or prettiest feet- I was going for a pedicure to help that out. I've also never experienced pain from a pedicure either. I suppose there's a first time for everything. In my opinion, the massage is the best part of getting a pedicure.  If that's what you're looking for, this is not the place.  The woman slapped some sort of lotion on my feet and lower legs but in no way, shape or form did any type of massage occur. Definitely would not recommend this place for a relaxing pedicure! On a good note, the polish looked nice and stayed on quite awhile and I did like the chair.  However, I will not be returning!
