I had the older lady, and she absolutely sucked. I went home and re did my own nails. First, she kept knicking my skin when she was using the tools on my nails so she cut me multiple times, then I asked for the coffin shape and I kept having to tell her to keep filing because she made most of them completely crooked and none of them looked the same. I was completely furious. Then she just blobbed everything on there. The acrylic powder, and the nail polish. The nail polish didn’t even come out completely smooth like it’s supposed to. I'm from south Florida and first off let me say I didn't expect ideal craftsmanship...The male nail tech did such an amazing job. He really took his time going above and beyond while doing my nails, he cleaned every cuticle and underneath the nails. In the corners and shaped them to perfection. He would go back over his work to file down any bumps or flaws. And don't even get me started in my toes. He was amazing at the least. Read Less
