Love this place! If something is being done a way you don't like, they're always happy to fix it and don't make you feel weird for saying something. I literally received THE WORST manicure ever in my whole life. I've been here once before and the manicure wasn't bad for the price but not good enough to be a regular there. When I first walked in, I was very surprised to see that the salon was repainted. It looked so nice before.  It looked like they were in the middle of fixing up the place. There was a couple of pedicure chairs gone with the pipes sticking up from the ground and the floor looking a little dirty. I really didn't mind that, because after all it was a Sunday and I just wanted to get pampered after a long night out. I told the man in the front that I wanted a mani/pedi. The pedicure was alright. The chair wasn't very comfy and there weren't any control to adjust anything. The young man was nice and did an okay job. Very subpar experience. He brings me to the dryers and walks away. I was very confused because I asked for a mani too. Then I saw him walk back towards me with his coat on walking out the salon. At that point I thought I was going to get a new technician. He came back and apologized because he didn't know I wanted a manicure too. After his manicure I really wish I had someone else paint my nails. This guy was obviously a new technician. The way he was applying the polish seemed like he didn't have very much experience painting nails. He definitely didn't. He didn't even take off the top coat I had on my nails prior to coming in until I had to tell him there was clear paint on my nails. He barely even filed/shaped my nails. It was really clear to me he was new because two different employees came up and watched him over his shoulder for extended periods of time. I believe this guy was the manager, but as he was standing over him he was asking me where I'm from. So I told him I was around the area. He kept on going on about how the salon could train me to become a technician because they need more workers, and if I have any friends without a job to let them know to come work there. I don't know if he asked me that because I was Asian but I was kind of offended. I came here to get pampered not bombarded with his recruitment tactics. Anyways, this guy put on 4 coats of base coat. The towel he used, kept on getting fuzzies in the paint every single time I put my hands under the light. He had to redo so many nails because of this. At this point I was getting SO irritated because when he was applying he color he was getting it all over my skin and had to keep on reapplying it because there was fuzzies everywhere. Not to mention the polish was not evenly applied and looked so bad. To top it off, when he put lotion on my hand to massage it, his finger prints were imprinted in the polish and smeared the polish because it wasn't dried all the way for some reason. I was so angry over this manicure. I'm not here to tell you how to do your job, I trust you know how to paint nails since you work at a nail salon. I can't believe he looked at my nails and thought "well I did a great job on this manicure" because it was anything but that. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! Visiting from out of town for the holiday and stopped by here...  Worst gel manicure I've received. I believe the guy who did my nails was new because he needed help with cleaning up the edges of my nails. He wasn't friendly and very rough with how he handled my hands. The other technicians seemed friendly and had conversations with their guests. As you can see, the polish job is lumpy, the edging isn't clean, and the manicure (that I didn't ask for) is terrible. How can you let a guest walk out like that?? I'm not the type of person to cause a scene and ask for my money back.. So I just decided to share my experience and hopefully others won't experience what I did.FYI.. These pictures were taken right after I left the shop. Read Less

Wow I have never experienced a place so far off the mark from the high yelp reviews it got online. Honestly I would never go back. Here are primary reasons why: 1. Receptionist was going to overcharge me $22 extra for a plain manicure for two people because she had no clue what pricing is there. 2. Nail polish OPI colors are sooooo old! No new colors there. And they don't even carry Essie. 3. Base Coat and Top Coat is so cheap that my polish has chipped and it's only the 3rd day after my mani. 4. Employees there are rude and no understanding of what customer service means. Management doesn't seem to care.  Actually not even sure if Mgmt is even there. My mom, my aunt and i walked in at around 2pm on a Friday afternoon. As soon as we arrived we were told that their credit card machine was down and they could only take cash. No worries.. we went across the way to CVS to get cash and returned 10 minutes later. After about 5 minutes they took us back to our chairs where we waited about 30 mins in the water for someone to work on our feet. When asked if they could accommodate all of us at the same time we quickly were told yes.. that wasn't true. It took so long for someone to get to my aunt that she decided to leave. The pedicure: i wasn't asked what pedicure I'd like. I was automatically given the basic. The water was cold, it was overflowing and i had to take my feet out while they adjusted. The lady doing my toes was mediocre at best. The polish job was beginner.I was looking forward to this pedicure because my mom had such a great experience before. Sad to say, i did not have the same experience. Not worth it. Read Less

Maysa (I know I'm misspelling her name) is amazing. She was so gentle with me when I told her I have very sensitive skin. I really enjoyed her chrome nails. Definitely, my new favorite nail spot. The place was clean and proper sanitation procedures were used which is something I unfortunately enough haven't seen much of at other salons. This place was absolutely horrible. My girlfriend and I both ordered tropical manicures and pedicures and while the pedicure was okay, the manicure was given to me on my lap. Orange juice was all over my lap, I was towel dried,  not able to wash my hands, and my manicure looks horrible - there's polish everywhere and it's already chipping. I advised I didn't want to pay for my manicure and they forced me to because I was "on camera". Wow. Read Less

This place is amazing. I have natural nails that are really long, and for some reason so many places seem to have trouble with shaping them.  Liana did an awesome job; I never had to tell her to round the corners so they weren't sharp.  She knew exactly what I wanted without me saying a word. I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure for $55 - a steal!! Liana really took her time to make sure my entire nail was painted and that there weren't any air bubbles or anything.  My nails look absolutely perfect. My one small complaint is that she didn't really massage my feet/legs or hands for very long which was kind of a bummer, but I was okay with it since she did such an amazing job with the shaping and painting of my nails.  This would be my go to spot if I wasn't moving back to Indiana in a few weeks! Horrible experience! I went for my full arm and half leg wax. An inexperienced person attended to me. She burnt my hand. She took more than 2 hours to wax my hand and leg. I asked for a full arm wax and she told there is not much hair grown so she will do partially. Why would i pay full arm if she wants to do it partially?? Read Less

Very friendly, nice environment. They use a local, organic line of polish. They are also now using liners in the foot bath for pedicures, which is much more sanitary and hard to find salons who do this. Will go back. Read Less

I have been to so many different nail salons for years, I have never came across one that had the wow factor until I walked into Therapy Nails & Spa. This salon goes above and beyond all of my expectations, when you walk into the door you are always greeted with a friendly smile, the place is immaculate. So clean and up to date, huge salon! Each manicure station has its own TV! The prices are great and the environment its upbeat and fun! Jess is absolutely mind blowing when it comes to nail art, she is so talented; Lynn and Quarter are absolutely amazing and talented as well as the rest of the staff!
