I patronized this business faithfully for 6 months. They prefer you make appointments for their services. On several occasions after scheduling my appointments 2-3 weeks in advance I was greeted by my appointments not being recorded from my previous visit. The first time this happened I inquired "how could this happen" & my nail tech Jamaica said she dont write the names of the clients in the appointment book.. She only record the services they are requesting for that visit. I suggested to her moving forward to record my name in the appointment book. 3weeks later I came back for my scheduled appointment & guess what? She told me she did not have an appointment in the book for me. She told me although she remembered writing the appointment in the book ..she must have forgotten & she was ALL booked for the day & I would have to reschedule. This happened several times. I have been here numerous times and have gotten different types of treatment. They were unbelievably rude over the phone when I tried to book an appointment recently. A friend of mine who is a frequent customer was once locked out of the store while there were nail techs inside with customers, and you guessed it: they weren't closed. I wish i could vote this negative stars it was so bad. Along with the racist woman that did my nails, this is the worst job anyone has ever done doing my nails. I scheduled a shellac manicure and this was the furthest thing from manicure quality. She did not trim the dead hang nails or push back my cuticles. she just sat me down and put the nail polish on. Although she did file my nails, she filed them to the point where my nails had no edge and therefore proceeded to not paint the edges of my nails. There were multiple scuffs and fuzzier under the clear coat and was honestly pathetic. as soon as i got home they chipped and i had to refile them all because there were no smooth edges. The woman that did my nails was rude to me ever since i walked in the door, I am a young white woman and she was a black asian woman. When an indian woman sat down next to me for her appointment the stylist was very nice to her and was the opposite of how she was acting towards me. I walked in on 3/13 for a full set. The nice lady sitting says "what can we do for you today" so I said "I would like a full set." I think there is only one lady who does acrylic, because all the employees started looking at her. So the lady started laughing and goes "I'm really busy and the lady behind you had an appointment" which I completely understand since it was a Sunday. But then instead of saying something to me like "sorry by appointments only" they started talking to each other in their native language while I'm just standing there looking dumb...and I know they were talking about me because there a was a lot of finger pointing and "full sets" involved in that conversation. I did not feel comfortable being in there any longer. So I just said "okayyy then, never mind. Thanks." Negatives; Small salon that is understaffed. They turned away half of their customers because there was no one to help them. Difficult to understand. Overpriced. Made an appointment for 2 shellac manicures at 11:30 my lunch hour, walked in had to wait 30 min, which was not ok as we only have an hour for lunch,which was the reason i called and made and appointment!! my co-worker went first and the lady who did her was also doing a manicure on a young girl, really!!!! she told me she felt very rush, as did i when i finally got started. my co-worker was not 100% satisfied. an mine is very sloppy. probably will not return.Read Less

This has become my go-to nail salon simply because they're open on Sunday's. There is an array of colors to choose from and they change their displays based on the season. I haven't had an issue getting my nails done without making an appointment, the most time I've waited was for 20 minutes. I've had my nails manicured by just about everyone who worked here and I've never left unhappy. My nails are perfectly cleaned and polished, not to mention I always get complimented on them. I didn't give 5 stars because of a few things that I feel could be done differently to make this place a big more professional. One con is in regards to the drying area. It is so small and restricted. When you have 4 people sitting in a small space, with wet nails, it makes it difficult to maneuver without ruining at least one person's polish. I've seen it happen a few times and the clients weren't happy. I also think it's unprofessional to speak a different language in front of your clients. The techs talk in their language very loudly across the salon. Other than that, I've grown to love this place and visit whenever I need a good mani/pedi. Read Less

i had been going here for years.   Appointments always run late, if your manicurist isn't in on the day of your appt the salon doesn't call you.  They tell you when you come infer your scheduled appt that your manicurist isn't in that day.   It's that what an appointment is for.  i am fed up, I left never to go back.
