I went to this nail salon because the one I usually go to was booked. They were friendly, but I am very unhappy with my manicure. I got home and it looked like there were bubbles under the polish. It looked really bad. I wasn't sure if it was because they added that liquid to thin the polish or what happened? I went back the next day and asked for them to fix it... I only waited for 10 minutes or so for them to help me. I figured they would take the polish off and start fresh, maybe even with a different color since it may be that specific polish. He didn't, and when I asked to do that he said no we will just paint over it with same color. So he did, and it looks the same as it does now that it has dried.  I will not go there again. I appreciate them redoing it, but they should have started fresh. My mom was with me and she got a shellac manicure pedicure and I just had the regular manicure pedicure. They said mine was 36 (which seems normal) and hers was 56 (really? 20 dollars extra for shellac) just doesn't make sense. Read Less

2nd time here and dissappointed each time never going back they should shut down! Decor is outdated, polishes are extremely old and not name brand meaning they chip and peel right away, horrible selection of polishes unexperienced workers, unprofessional, rude, harsh on nails not recommend! Went in for a basic pedicure, didn't think it was worth $26 and the massage stunk. We will see how they hold up but from what I see and calluses I still feel I would only pay $10-15 for this. Sad the massage chair was the best part:/ Read Less

Be careful Ladies!!! I had been going to LeNails for a few years. On the door it indicates that they accept certain Credit Cards. When I first starting going to Le-Nails I used a Credit Card. They would always ask "Do you have Check?". They seemed to try hard to please the customer. So after a while I decided to write a check. They seemed to not like accepting Credit Cards. When I starting writing the check (Cindy) the Owner said "Make the Check out For Cash". At the time it seemed (Cindy) the Owner was giving me a good price for a Pedicure and waxing so I wrote the Check out for Cash. BIG MISTAKE !!! The next time I went in I had forgotten what she charged me. So I said "what do I owe you today"? The prices got more and more expensive every time I went in. She was adding in over 20% for herself. The last time I went there I was shocked at how much she wanted me to write a Check out for Cash for. As I was leaving I saw her put the Check I had written out for Cash in her Purse. I really think the reason she wanted me to write a Check out for Cash is so she did'nt have to claim it. I have'nt decided whether or not I am going to contact the IRS for (Cindy)  @ Le Nails on Orchard Lake Road in Farmington Hills yet. Read Less

I have been going to this salon since 2007. It is a great place the owner and her sister are very nice. I get my nails and my eyebrows done there all the time I never like anyone to touch my eyebrows but cindy. Highly recommend this place for everyone. Read Less

VERY disappointed. I came here to get a full set for my wedding. I got there and no one spoke to me until I approached a station. Then she yelled at me to wait my turn. I would have left then but there was a woman there having her nails done who convinced me to stay since she said that while customer service was lacking, the results were high quality. At least she was right about the customer service part... When I did finally get waited on, the woman didn't listen to what I wanted and gave me pointy nails. She could't understand what I was saying and she spent the whole time yelling back and forth to her coworkers in her native language. Five days later, my nails are already peeling up at the edges.
