I went there yesterday for the first time 30 min to close and San slayed my manicure and Jenny stood over an hour later to do my pedicure. I asked if I should come back tomorrow and she was so kind Jenny insisted on doing them that night. I would recommend seeing both of them. I posted a picture of my nails below! Read Less

The owner of top nails did not do my nails how i like the gel coat was dual & she refused to do another coat and my diamond's on my nails look like there glue clumped up in them and some nails are close to my cuticle and some are further away i dont recomend going here even the owner cant do my nails right Read Less

Avoid this place. Stopped here for the convenience of location. Inexperienced nail tech was so rough that one of my fingers started bleeding. On top of that she had to start over 3 times because she kept messing up. They're friendly, I'll give them that but, they're also overpriced for a sloppy job and they don't accept credit cards, and unapologetic for wasted time. First time coming here,thinking it would be a good place to have my nails done before work. But that’s not the case. My fiancée didn’t like my nails. And told me it looks to crappy for it to be $50. Don't ever get your eyelashes done here. Nails. Fine. Ask for Megan or Emily. However.. I have NO EYELASHES NOW and they wanted to charge me to take them off. I had long lashes already to start an wanted to make them a little fuller for my Birthday. They ripped off the lashes.. hardly let anything soak off an I now have Chunks Missing and spots with ZERO lashes. They didn't even care AT ALL! I have been going here now for a year since I have discovered them. Since they have had new employees and new reconditioned chairs and products and very upkept stations I find that They are very sweet and always happy to serve. I brought my 5 year old son in with me and they were happy to see him as much as me. They give such warm family feeling and friendly service and the quality of work is nothing less than great! I have been going to Top Nails for years. I love coming here and the customer service is great! Who ever said this is not for people of color, sounds ridiculously ignorant. I am a black woman and I always get treated with respect at Top Nails! Maybe check your attitude at the door before you walk in. I have had nothing but excellent experiences. Nice staff, but super expensive compared to other nail places I have been. All I got was paint on my toes and a mani and my total came to $40! My mom got the same thing and her nails were filed down to different langths and were crooked so nice people, bad nails. I would suggest going somewhere else to get your nails done. Read Less

Attentive. Courteous. Great Experience. Very Satisfied. I have to say, I was skeptical of coming to this location just because of the bad reviews. I thought, "Oh no, I better check out another place". I did try to go to another nail salon that was about 1 mile away, but they were completely booked. Since I didn't want to travel too far, I decided to give this place a chance, and I'm very glad I did. I walked in, and was immediately attended. The place was clean, and was serving 2 people. I came in for Acrylic nails and eyebrow wax. I'm very very picky when it comes to nails, because usually technicians will go really fast and make my nails burn/hurt, or they'll hurt hurt me with their file, but I had a very pleasant experience. KIM was the lady that helped me, and she took her time shaping my nails and making sure that throughout the process I was happy with everything. Least to say, when she was done with my nails, I was in love with them. Then the eyebrow waxing. I noticed that their station was very clean, and I let Kim know that all I wanted was to get them cleaned, not shaped. She did exactly that, and her way of waxing was clean and quick. I could tell she was experienced because she did everything so smoothly, i was in and out. Overall, I have to say that Kim was amazing. Great service! Coco was my nail technician. She took the time to listened to what I wanted, and advised me on what the best way to achieve the look I was trying to get. I had a very pleasant experience. She made sure my nails were even, and straight. I will see her on a regular basis. I am glad I found a new place, the other salon I went to I stayed for at least 17 years, but my tech no longer works there. If looking for a nice place see Coco, she was great! I am sorry to say this, but I was not happy with my visit to this salon. I wanted to pick a place for a treat for myself (birthday) and to meet my sister half way - we chose this place. The staff was sweet and friendly, but the salon was very filthy and they did NOT sterilize anything at ALL! That really bothered me. I watched them very closely and decided to not have them complete my manicure and politely walked out without having nail polish put on. My pedicure was not a good experience either. My technician almost forgot to do half of the things and I had to ask her about it when I saw my sister getting things done that I wasn't. The toe nail polish was put on very poorly too. Sorry, but I only gave 2-stars. Very dirty place means infection could happen soon.... I had to walk out. Read Less

Horrible customer service ! The "manager" Sonny is always extremely rude to customers for no reason. I've been going there for a while because I liked a nail tech there however I stop going due to the way the manager speaks to people. He talks to customers as if there isn't a million nail shops in the area. Take your money some where that the appreciate the customers business! Read Less

Aug 2015 update: This place has really gone down hill, so much so that I wont be returning.This place is great. They give the best (hands down) pedicure's around. They are always clean, friendly and thorough. It's the kind of place where they don't rush or cut corners. Most of the staff is super friendly and warm, another reason to make you want to come back. So......the first time 'Sonny' burned my fingers while buffing my nails, I let it go. Then I went this past week and was stupid enough to let him do my fill again. He burned 3 of my fingers while buffing again!!! When I felt it on my thumb, which started to bleed, I showed him & he mumbled something about how he liked the old buffers. Never even apologized!! Then he grabbed something to put on my sore thumb, and before I could see what it was....I felt it!! He put hand sanitizer on it!!! Talk about pain!! I will never be going back again! :/ Read Less
