This was my first visit. I needed a last minute appointment and they told me to come in and when I got there I told them what I needed done. I picked a color to use and by the time I finished choosing they were ready to start! I decided to get a pedicure there on a whim also and it was the best pedicure I’ve had at a nail salon!! My toes look PERFECT and my feet feel great and I will be getting my pedicures done there from now on. The two male technicians that serviced me were very nice, open and upbeat. The salon was clean, good music, excellent craftsmanship, the bathroom was clean and there was a designated, closed off lunch area for the nail technicians- they were not eating and drinking at their nail tables like some places I’ve gone to before. My nails were in ruins and so were my feet hahaha but they look brand new now and I can’t thank Sky Nails enough! Read Less

They have pretty cheap prices here, and after I've finished with my nails, I always get a lot of compliments. There is usually a bit of a wait, but they always have movies playing on the walls all around you. Great place. Read Less

I was introduced by some friends to Sky Nails last week. I was sooo excited! I was asked a few times if I wanted water or tea. Technician did a great job on my nails. I have lived in eastpoint for about 2 years been here 4 times and every time had a horrible experience! But I figure they do decent nails I'll try them out again. No one ever says hello when you walk in the door, there rude and have no customer service skills. If you don't like your job then don't do it. Very rude, and unprofessional. My mom, daughter, and myself recently made a visit to this nail salon. I should have turned right back around, shortly after entering. I noticed two of the nail techs being rude to their customers... My mom, and I both signed in for pedicures, and fullests. And signed my 4 year old daughter in for a polish change, on hands, and toes. We got seated for our pedicures before my daughter was called to get serviced. My daughter came over there were my mom, and I were getting our pedicures. They were very rude about her standing there, as if she was interfering with their work. The lady doing my moms pedicure turned around yelling to the owner of the shop (KD)! Yelling in Vietnamese, which I found very rude! I could tell by the tone of her voice that it was nothing nice! My daughter was ever unattended during this visit. If it's an issue having children in the salon, they should have a sign posted, saying no kids! If I could have rated this salon less that 1 star, I would have! Very nasty attitudes, no pleasant customer service whatsoever! (RANT OVER!) if you're looking for a nice, more professional salon in the area, I'd recommend Nail Tech down the street, or VIP nails, not too far as well!!! Read Less

I went in here from the recommendations I've seen of friends on fb and am kicking myself for not coming here sooner. The girls are so personable and funny. I got a gel refill with gel polish by Nicole, Lin and Me I, it was a team effort considering they close at 7, I arrived with my daughter at 530, who was also getting the same done, and we didn't leave until 8pm. Lol, only because we were having such a good time laughing and joking, this is deffenitly without a doubt my new salon. My nails have never looked this great, ever!! Read Less
