The customer service here is AWFUL!!! The quality of work has slowly declined over the years, the staff is extremely unprofessional and the owner tolerates rude behavior from the workers. Each time you go in the price is higher, the same girl never works the same day 2 weeks in a row, never bring your children for service unless you want them exposed to explicit conversation from the staff. Very rude they have rude teens doing your toes..the customers even nasty and very ghetto ass hell! However they do nice eyebrowz the lady shes good with eyebrows!.. Not satisfied at all paid for coffin nails got regular square round and messed my index finger coffin nail smh needed a fill in of nude color they nude color was pink then tried to charge me 35$ for a fill in I'm so disappointed never going back #5 terrible then when I talk to the manger about it she laughed I'm gone stick to 8mile and vandyke they do great just not open on sundays Read Less

Very filthy people with bad attitudes and unprofessional conversations. Then you think you getting a good deal until they charge you extra for every little detail then you end up paying the same price as everywhere else. First time going here, only because they were open later than most places and they were absolutely terrible. Went in and asked for a pedi and full set. They had my feet soak in cold water for 10-15 minutes before anyone came over to me. The guy was super rough on my feet, and it was clear I was uncomfortable. He scrubbed my feet with a brush you use to clean underneath nails and ended up cutting both of my ankles open. I have bristle line scabs all over my feet. My toe nails aren't even filed evenly, and the paint job is mediocre. Once they finished the awful pedicure that took an hour and a half because the guy kept getting up and attending other customers, they sent me over to a lady to do my nails. Terrible job!!!!!! Terrible customer service. I walked in and the black skinny girl didn't even speak. I sat down with the lady to get a full set and she kept texting and calling on her phone then sent me to another nail tech and he did a horrible job nails are too thick stuck to my skin and way to long I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO GO HERE.!!!!! I've been going here for about 12 years, the service is somewhat friendly, it's usually crowded, the smell of chemicals is strong, but I'm always satisfied with their service. I usually only get pedicures and  my eyebrows waxed. They always do a good job with the exception of the polish, they never quite get it to the edges on every nail, despite who does it. I've been to other places but this one is always busy because they are good. I've had eyelashes done here and was very happy with them, however after several months of doing this my real ones were sparse and it took about 2 years for them to get right again. I just tried a place locally and wasn't happy and I'm willing to drive 8 miles to go to this location. I'm only giving it 4 stars because it's always inanely busy when I go despite the large staff they have to accommodate. It's hard for them to keep up so avoid weekends, but other than that I love this place. Read Less

I have been going here for about 6 months and decided to get a soak off so my nails could breath. Plus it was time a new full set. Once my nails were off I realized I had nail fungus growing on my real nails. Talk about pissed! After research I learned nail fungus grows due using equipment that is unsanatized and nail lifting then resealing the nail.  I was then forced to go to Sally's and purchase $30 worth of products to help me with the fungus.
