Did not want to give 1 star .. They do have some awesome nail techs but #9 is a total ass hole and have an nasty attitude ..He get’s mad because your not satisfied with his work .. He can not polish nor lay his foundation right.. And when you tell him he talks about you in his language and you know because everyone (coworkers) turn around and looks and laughs. If I could give less than one star, I would! I sat down(with a smile) and asked for a full set with polish. The guy servicing me tried to get me to get Shellac. I declined gracefully and said I'd get it next time. He asked again, saying how much better it was. I agreed and again, gracefully declined. He grabbed my hand and proceeded to drill on my nails very roughly. As if he had an attitude that I didn't want the more expensive service. He had a nasty attitude the ENTIRE time. I even tired to spark up a conversation with him, attempting to give it the benefit of the doubt. I said(with a smile) "So how is your day going so far?" He gave me a very firm and dry "GOOD!" And continued to do my nails in a rough dismissive manner. At this point I gave up on trying to be friendly so I sat quietly. I eventually just told him to only give me clear polish so that I could leave. I will NEVER patronize this business again. I can't deal with the bad attitudes and sheer disrespect of customers. im not trying to be rude. Because everyone needs to make a living. But Victor shouldn’t be a nail tech. My nails looked horrible. Needless to say. I paid another shop to fix my nails, right after I left victors seat... very disappointed. I’ll never, ever return. My nails are still in pain because of my experience. Read Less

Disgusting. I shouldn't have stayed for my entire mani pedi. I walked in and was immediately seen. When I went to pick out a color, I was told I only got one color and could pick it during my pedicure. Not sure how that works since I requests a shellac mani and regular pedi but whatever. Pedicure-The chair was busted and the leather was cranked down the entire back. He did not clean the tools after he used them on me - just dipped them in the water and put them back in his bin. The foot file was so well used that it was down to the cardboard in places. He pulled at something on my nail and didn't stop after I said OUCH several times. Manicure-I had to clean some old nails off the manicure desk before sitting down. The pad to rest my arms on the desk had lots of hair stuck to it and I couldn't get it off. The desk itself felt dirty and gritty. He began using a huge electric file on my nails and halfway through remembered I wanted a shellac not acrylics and had to fix it, at the expense of my nails. After this, things were ok UNTIL he started clipping his own cuticles when I was trying to pay and then left the skin on the desk and put the cuticle trimmers back without even wiping them off. I am so grossed out by this experience that I am writing this in the parking lot. Do yourself a favor and pay an extra couple bucks elsewhere and avoid sharing skin/nails/hair/etc with the last 7 people to sit in the chair before you,as well as the nail tech. Read Less

I asked the tech that was doing my nails what his name was.. He said Jennifer. I said oh Jennifer just to make sure and he said yes. No big deal so he was chatting with a younger Chinese male and I said is that your son. just making conversation first time visit. He said no. Then the guy he was chatting with started to speaking English to me. He said. That's my boyfriend and he spoils me. I said oh that's cool. He said he wants to spank me right here because ive been bad. At this point I want my nails done quick to much information. What you do in your bedroom gay or not that's non of my business. They continue to speak to each other laughing and the tech stop doing my nails and hit him on his butt. Im never going back. uncomfortable and dirty. Read Less

They are the worst nail place out here... The people are rude and disrespectful I argued with a lady there for 20 minutes cause she over charged me for a simple 20 dollar foot massage and its normally 20 dollars but when I she was finished she told me 35 and said cause she did it longer smh.... Got here at 6:45pm..... Its now 8:30 pm and they're still on my pedicure. They close soon and I'm not wasting another 2 hours for a service. I originally requested a paraffin wax pedicure and an hour into my service they said the machine was broken. That alone would have deterred me from even staying. Very unprofessional. Not happy at all. I'll never come here again. Requested shellac/gel pedicure "pink & white" and they used regular pink tinted and white polish. The reason I requested shellac was for the convenience of non-fading polish. The guy also broke my big toe nail while removing the previous shellac. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Simply the worst manicure and service I ever had in my life!!! I was cut on my hands during a manicure and she tried to put crazy glue on the cut, them tried to charge me for the manicure after I told her to stop when she cut me. If your in the neighborhood and pass this place please continue to drive and spare yourself. Read Less

Great place. I never have to wait - they take walkins. Very efficient and cost-effective! Mani/pedi $30.  They even stay open late if they need to. And, the location is conveniently located at Gratiot/9 Mile. Read Less
