This place is horrible. When I first got there they took me right away which was surprising since they were a little busy but then I waited over an hour with my feet soaking to get a pedicure that wasn't even the color I asked for. I asked for 429 (in 4th picture) and the box that the guy brought out was 429 but it was more of a 430 color (5th picture is the color that I got). By time the guy had gotten to me the water in the foot bath was cold--it was hot when I first put my feet in. I had two ladies sitting in the right of me and they both were not happy and the lady to my left had to leave because she had been sitting there for for over an hour at that point too. I've had better pedicure in my life but thats not the real problem. The real problem is my nails! My co-worker recommend the lady that works there. She had gotten her nails done 4 weeks prior by the lady and her nails still looked great. I asked the lady if she could do something like the first picture shown... she said she could but she actually couldn't. The next two pictures are what she did to my nails--nothing like what I asked for. I was getting my nails done for prom and I wouldn't have had a problem doing something else if she said she couldn't do them. She had the light blue glitter out but I kept telling her that my dress was red and that I didn't want the blue glitter-- she didn't care and put it on anyway. she really wouldn't listen to me at all since I kept saying that wasn't what I wanted and I wanted more a glitter look. She ignored me anytime I would say something or she would just say that they would look good at the end. When she started the file my nails she was very rough! Anytime I would say something about how rough she was being or make any sort of reaction she would just laugh and carry on doing it as hard as before. Also, she decided that she would put a rhinestone on my nails without asking me... she said she wouldn't charge extra for it but I didn't want it in the first place and it wasn't in the picture I showed her so I don't know why she would put them on in the first place. Altogether it was $83 including a tip... not worth it at all. Not to mention it I walked in there a 6:00pm and didn't leave until 9:30. I had to go get my nails done the next day which was another $50. I would've rather spent the $50 to begin with and had the nails I wanted instead of something that I didn't want at all. Read Less

Horrible service rude to me and my child (who was getting serviced) I will never come back cause it's one thing to be rude to me, but being rude to my child will bring out the worst in me! Oh and p. s they wanted to charge me $10 to polish a 2 year old toes! Read Less
