This place is the absolute worse within a week I lost three nails. The person running the salon is rude and treats the customers like it's not the reason their in business. I took my daughter to get her nails done with shellac. He said $30 and I asked why. He started to mumble with a mask on so I politely asked him to speak up and he rolled his eyes let out a big sigh and told the only black girl working in there to come here. He then tells her something and she then told me because it's harder to put shellac on natural nails. So now I'm irritated because that's all he had to say. Then the guy doing my nails totally rushed through my acrylic placement and now my nails look weeks old when it's only been a week. This business needs to be boycotted. Read Less

Have been going there more then 16 /17 yaers since they first open on 94 and gratiot behind the t mobile ...I can say they have fail off some but. I love how long my nails last...not one shop I been to nail last that long...just Wish the old crew was still there Read Less

This salon used to be the BEST a few years back. It would always be packed with wait times close to an hour! And we waited for it too- that's how good the quality and service was back then. Management changed about a year ago and clients dropped off .. but I stuck with the new management, they weren't too bad. Then it changed again just this past week (6/20/17).. and it's horrible!Why I gave one star: I went in the other day and noticed I didn't see my regular faces ( management was switching over and I didn't know at the time). I asked for the person I was used to, they said she wasn't there today and to try who they had. I declined and decided to try again today.. again she was not there, and the new owner begged me again to give their person a try at the service. I caved, and it was horrible!!!! I couldn't walk out side like that. I asked her kindly to remove it, and she told me she would after I paid her. The manager didn't care at all.. after all that pleading to get me in her chair, he made me pay even after seeing how unhappy I was for trusting his word. I will NEVER be returning there. If anyone knows where the original owners went please let me know! The management leaving now will be on 8mile/ deq but I'd really like to find the original management from even before the 2nd change over. Very sloppy work. Rude attitudes from staff. Piss poor ass designs. Most of the workers don't even speak English. I would advise anyone to run like hell away from this place. Unless you are into donating to charity, this place is like giving your money away because you definitely don't get what you pay for. If I could rate it lower I would!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE !!!! They are extremely slow and rude. The old people that worked there ( Twan and the crew) and no longer there. The new people are TERRIBLE. The guy who did my nails charged me 35 but only wrote 30 on their ticket. When I asked him why, he tried to shush me. I talked to Lyn and got my $5 back that he tried to put down as a tip. Its a nice secured entry salon. Only thing is that they take sooo long. Either when waiting or in the chair getting work done. No, i don't want my nails rushed but don't "drag" and do them . the location is convenient and can be seen from a busy street so i do understand that it will be busy traffic in/out during peek hours or weekends. I went to Donna for my year 12 ball makeup after having had a mediocre experience the year before at another place.
