About a week ago I got my nails done, I was all excited as this was the first time getting “pampered” since having my baby. After starting my nails I realized it was the wrong color - after the lady had a conversation about who knows what - they decided to just do a second coat of the color I actually picked on top of the wrong color. As of last night two of my nails already peeled off and the rest are all splotchy looking. DO NOT GO HERE IT IS BEYOND TERRIBLE!!! I showed up on a Sunday an hour before their closing time & the man was EXTREMELY RUDE and kept talking about how tired he was and how he didn't want to do my nails. I was about to walk out and he said he could fit me in. He rushed through the whole service and did a horrific job . He even cut me and was very rough. I brought my entire bridal party to Luxury Nails for pedicures and manicures. They were fast and efficient and were able to get 12 people in and out under 3 hours. They have one of the greatest selections of colors and finishes that I've ever seen. It was decent. The only reason, I went was because I really needed my nails done, and my usual salon was not open on Sundays. It was my only day off of work, and I was desperate. I came in with a picture, and my nails kind of look like the picture. I could tell the gentlemen that did my nails was not very experienced with "SNS", even though they used a variety of different brands for my nails. I thought maybe it was the lighting, and that's why they were see through, so I paid and left. Not impressed!! I went home and spotted, some pink in my white nail, and then my pink nails you could still see my nail tip underneath. I will definitely not be returning, and will be going back to my usual salon. Took my 7 year old there to get a pedicure. One of her toe nails got messed up while they were drying and I asked the lady if she could fix it. She got a really bad attitude and grew very rude. I asked her if she could instead to a certain design in her big toe nail and she refused saying it wouldn't work, that her toe nail was too small. She charged me $25 for her pedicure. I see a lot of negative reviews about this place, but I had a great experience. I went in for a mani/pedi. Everyone was very nice, they took their time and my nails look fantastic. I brought my friend who has only had a manicure once before and never had a pedicure before and absolutely loved the experience. The lady that was helping her was very kind. I went in there for my bridal nails. I went in there the first time and left with nails I didn't want. We needed up running into Ashtyn and she ended up redoing my nails. She was great and super fast!! She was able to get my nails just the way if not better then what I hoped for!
