Have been going to HN for years, referred many people and taken many family members, spent lots of money over the years. Lately the service has gone down hill. As a consumer I thought it was best to always book an appointment but when I do, having to wait 30 minutes because they squeeze a "Walk In" before my appointment is frustrating. And when you bring it to their attention they don't really care, which is even more frustrating. Thank you for your service HN but I will not be back. OPI here I come!

I love Happy Nails! The ladies there do a wonderful job. It's busy so make an appointment. Even then you may need to wait a little because they do such a wonderful job; it's always full. Thank you Ms...

Used to go all the time. Booked an appt and sat for an hour after my scheduled time and left not so happy nails don't think I'll go back

They're always busy and sometimes there's a long wait, but very much worth it. I've tried other places and the service they provide is top notch compared to other places I've tried.

I love coming here to get my nails done.. prices start at 30 for an acrylic full set.. Tonie does a great job and my nails last forever

The absolute Best place to have your nails done !!!!They never rush the job Some days they take up to one hour to do my feet !!!!!!!!!!! Its worth the drive from Port Dover !!!!

Have been going to HN for years, referred many people and taken many family members, spent lots of money over the years. Lately the service has gone down hill. As a consumer I thought it was best to always book an appointment but when I do, having to wait 30 minutes because they squeeze a "Walk In" before my appointment is frustrating.
