Really nice experience. I was visiting Detroit for a business reason and found this place. Glad I did, Tammy was such a doll. So nice and friendly and talks with you but isn't abrasive and is genuine. She did my eyebrow and lash extension and they lasted for 3 weeks!! She really catered to me and asked me if I needed anything to drink and made sure I was happy with how my nails turned out. The owner is really nice too, I believe his name is Kevin. Wonderful! I booked an appointment and after arrival waited half an hour to be seen. What is the point of booking an appointment if you are still waiting.. So ridiculous. First off I called and they lied and said they were closed When they weren't. Then so one of my Facebook tries to tell me to try Tokyo.i wait 4 hours for him and then have to Leave and I come BEFORE they are closed then they have the door locked BEFORE closing time. If they have SO MUCH MONEY to turn down customers before closing time then maybe they should be finding a better place for his location to be so they customers will actually have somewhere legal to park. The absolute best nail salon I've ever been too. I never feel rushed or out of place here. Every employee takes their time with you and your nails, and I always leave beyond happy with the outcome. SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!! Let me start by saying that I'm a Aveda trained, licensed cosmetologist who has a very extensive knowledge of hair and nails. I went into the establishment to get a full set, manicure and pedicure. I asked me on lady at the front desk if they did gel full sets. Not Gelish or shellac. The young lady looked at me as though I I was crazy and said that they didn't carry it. That should have been my first warning to walk out. After waiting about 30 minutes a young lady walk me over to the Foot Spa. She asked me literally 6 times if I would like gel polish which is a $20 up charge . After telling her no multiple times, Her and her counterpart that was sitting next to her looked at me said something in Korean and laughed. She imediately started working on my feet without letting me soak. I pointed out that my feet and not had a chance to soak, she continued working anyway. She had me in and out of that chair in 15 minutes including polish time. A spa pedicur takes at least 30 minutes. I walked out without getting my nails done truly disgusted at the rush job, disrespect and unprofessionalism. I would never go back to this sweat shop. Read Less

Stopped this place referred from one of my friend to get my eyebrow and extend my eyelashes. I waited for 15 minutes and the lady name Tammy served me. Somehow she know exactly what to do to fix my eyebrow and eyelashes so nice. I pay $28 total for eyebrow and lashes and not only the price is reasonable but the quality and the eyelash product is way better than the place I used to go in downtown detroit. I came in on Saturday and the place was packed. I got a regular pedicure and a gel nail manicure, and it was worth every dollar. The have changed the way they run the business and improved quite a bit. There were so many gel colors that I can chose from. I had never seen in one place that has so many super cool and very creative , and nice receptionist. I would definitely come back in two weeks to get my Ombre. The service is terrible here! I went to get a pedicure and the utensils used were not sterilized properly and on top of that the woman doing my feet cut the top of my foot deeply to where you could see the white meat of my skin with one of their utensils. Her problem was that she was trying to rush instead of taking her time. She did not say sorry and when I got my nails done, I told the man what she did and all he gave me was a $3 off holiday coupon. At first I didn't think it was that bad, but my foot began to throb and hurt so bad I could barely put a sock or shoe on. I went up there the next day to explain what happened and the woman in front was not friendly. She ignored me as I tried to keep talking to her. She came off as rude with a "I don't care" attitude. She said that I should've told her the day it happened, but that still doesn't make it okay that I didn't get reimbursed for my cut. It shouldn't matter what day I came back. She proceeded to say that the $3 off holiday card was given to everybody so basically the man didn't care when I told him what happened that day. The lady in the front said she would give me $5 back, but when I asked for it minutes later she tried to switch up her words and say she wasn't going to give me the $5 dollars. I even showed her the picture of my foot and she still didn't care. Finally she threw the $5 dollars at me and went back to the other customers. I will never step foot in this place ever again!
