Maybe I’ve drawn the short stick. I have tried this place twice!!! The first time, i had to come back and get my nails fixed. They were all over the place and very thick. Fast forward 6-7 months, a group of my friends were going and thought I’d give them a shot. It was the same lady(table 11). I didn’t even get to the nails. Very rude. I just said never mind. Went here a few months ago and I asked them to do an almond shape they were so dumbfounded by what i meant I showed them a picture and it was totally uneven it was horrible looking it was so thick and slapped on there. then today i decided to give them a 2nd chance. big mistake! they dont care about what the customer wants. I wanted them long and she wouldn't listen she just made them how she wanted them. they were once again uneven and I wanted a square shape and she made them way to rounded. it was so sloppy and careless. they had very snappy attitudes. they really don't care how you want them. they just do as they please and dont make a 100% effort to make the customer happy. Terrible customer service. Waited 45 minutes for someone just to ask if I was ready. Then when I asked to just get my nails painted, they did a manicure and tried putting on gels. I said I didn't want the manicure right when she started but she said that since she already started, she has to charge me for it. They don't listen. I would rate them 0/5 but I can only do 1/5. Very unprofessional. Didn't listen to what was asked of them. They did a manicure when that wasn't even what we wanted then when we said something about it when they started it, they charged us for it. We asked for just painting nails. Nothing more. I've had a hard time finding a good nail place and even though this place is about 25 minutes away from my house it was worth the drive. Everyone was super nice and my nails look nearly perfect. I was told repeatedly that I could use the same nail polish on my fingers as on my toes and then told after the fact that they were doing shellac and I now couldn't. Whatever, no biggie, it's March in Michigan my toes will be mostly covered. However, my nails are really sloppy. And the friend I came with is currently getting a nail that the tech messed up fixed for the second time by a different tech. They also super aggressive attempted to persuade her to do shellac after she stated she wanted the same color on her fingers as on her toes (seems to be a trend) because the tech doing her nails ALSO started doing shellac without telling her. Being tricked into spending more money for a poor job isn't really something I'm super into. But if you are, Queen Nails is the place for you my friend. Read Less

Always efficient, clean to a fault and I am satisfied with the job they do. Most all of the staff who work there that I have really enjoyed but one girl who seems to have an attitude. All of them are nice but speak Vietnamese. Wish I could communicate with them better. I recommend this place to everyone. I'm fussy about cleanliness! Read Less

This was my first time visiting this salon for a pedicure! I will say that the place is very clean but the pedicure wasn't the best! The chair massage wasn't the best, I had nail polish left on my feet from when she took off my previous polish, I still had dry skin on my feet after the pedicure was done and it would have been nice if they put lotion on your feet after they are done! I've been going to Queen Nails for a few years. I like the people and they do a good job. They recently moved into a new store, but it's in the same plaza. The move was early 2016. The new store is a huge upgrade. The best perk is the new pedicure chairs, which are really comfortable. I rarely make an appointment. When I come in, they immediately greet me and tell me the wait time. It's usually 10 - 15 minutes. It's never been more than 20 minutes. I normally get a pedicure and gel polish. The decor and equipment was a bit dated in the old store. I'd suggest trying them again in the new store. Read Less

Queen nails is amazing. You have to remember this is a small business, and sometimes their popularity is overwhelming. But wait your turn and take your time and the service is great. I've been to this salon before, but haven't been for awhile.  Went there today for a pedicure, was asked to take a seat and "they'd be right with me."  Forty-five minutes later I was directed back to one of the chairs, and told to wait.  After 20 minutes, a lady came back and asked if I could come another day as they were too busy.  Seriously?  They didn't know that when I walked in??  Sitting for that long, and observing, I would recommend that you look elsewhere for your nail needs, as I saw absolutely no disinfection technique going on.  The tubs for pedicures were simply rinsed with a sprayer, and I saw "dirty" manicure tools put back into a holder to be used on a future customer.  NOT good.  It is risky to have a pedicure here with the chance of cross-contamination.  I don't recommend this Read Less

Hi everyone. First I want to say that if you want an extremely basic manicure and pedicure for $32, then this is your place. I from San Diego and I'm telling you I know what a the standard should be at a nail salon. This place barely makes it to par. They don't do sugar scrubs, mentholated oil for massage on neither feet, hands, calves, or arms. No ingrown toenail cut ( you know for the big toe). I lucked and a competent nice lady, but I felt bad for the elderly woman suiting across from me because her girl was just downright rude. Talking slowly and unnecessarily loud to her. Asking to pay right up from at the nail station! Not the register!? What?Overall, low quality, ok service, good price. I personally won't be going here again. I hope this helps Read Less

This place is HORRIBLE!! I thought I purchased gel full set of nails only to find out the gel was actually acrylic. The acrylic lifted terribly, and turned yellow. I had my eyebrows waxed and one looked quite different than the other. The only thing decent was a pedicure. I will not return back here and recommend you to not even bother with this salon. This place is fine if you don't mind the "cattle call" atmosphere I found this place to be. Personally I prefer something a little more relaxing and I certainly didn't appreciate being told to get up from my chair and leave after being under the dryer for two min when others had been sitting there longer. I went in with a girlfriend last night for a pedicure. The place was busy, but we only had to wait 5 minutes before they seated us in their very comfortable pedicure chairs. I wasn't super impressed with their color selections, lots of pinks but I was in the market for a purple which I eventually found. I was very pleased with the technician, she was very thorough and gave me a really long massage which was lovely. What impressed me the most was they gave us hot stone massages! The pedicure cost $23 and I've paid for hot stone massages with my pedicures before and paid well over twice that. I will definitely be going back for a manicure this week! Read Less

We called and made an appointment and still had to sit 40 minutes with our feet in cold water before anyone bothered to come help my friend and I - there were more than 5 people waiting at once for help. Apparently they can't turn a customer away so they just have you sit and wait. Once I finally did get help the manicurist complained that my nail polish was too hard to remove and made me remove my nail polish on my hands while she did my pedicure. On top of that, I left with nail polish all over my fingers and toes! The actual nail polish is applied uneven and has bubbles in it - one day later half the nail polish on my thumb came off in a big piece because she didn't use a base coat.
