This place is horrible. Avoid them at all costs! Terrible customer service, and when I said I wasn't satisfied, the "manager" whose name is Tony told me not to come back and that it's okay that I'm not happy. Terrible experience. I also asked about the owner's phone number, and they didn't give it to me. Very bad experience.

I've been a customer for a while and for what happened yesterday i felt like it could've been handled in a more calm and professional way. i did my nails a couple days ago at this location with no problems but when i got home i realized that he charged me two times. so i go into the salon asking what was going on and he starts catching a attitude and grabs the receipt outve my hand . he charged me 35$ service for which i did do but the other transaction was 38$ and i didn't understand why. he tells me because i tipped him $3. it didn't make sense because it would've shown as one transaction on the bill for a total of 38$. so he goes around around with my phone in his hand showing the customers its two transactions because of the tip. after 15 minutes of trying to figure out of whats going on he tells me to call my credit company i had already did that before hand and they told me to contact the salon. so a half hour goes by he finally agrees to call the company that he charges the card on (the decide where you swipe your card) hes on the phone and hes talking in Chinese the whole time and im just looking at him not knowing what hes saying . then he goes and tells me "give me your card" i handed him my card and he gave me the receipt to sign again all this with no explanation i had to constantly ask whats going on and at the end hes like were going to refund you he hands me the receipt and walks away without an apology.
moral of the story he was rude as fk and very unprofessional.

Beware!! Worst place I have ever been to!! One of the men that work there cut me so badly two of my toes were bleeding and my finger. He didn’t care that he kept hurting me. I also ended up with plantar warts all over my feet after my pedicure and had a nail infection in the nail bed of my big toe!! So disgusting! They need to be shut down!!! 👎 -5stars!

I called 4 days ago to make an appointment for today at 3:00. I got there at 3:00 and figured I might need to wait a few mintues, but those few minutes turned into a whole hour! When I asked the receptionist why it was taking so long, she said they were busy. No apology at all! I did not get out of there until 4:50!! It took almost 2 hours for a simple pedicure. VERY poor service!!! I wasted so much time!!

They did a nice job on my pedicure, but I can't help but feel I got swindled into paying the extra $10 for the spa pedicure instead of the basic. I asked what the difference between the two pedicures were, and the girl employee stated it was basically the products that were used and a better massage. After I said I'd rather do the basic pedicure for $25, my pedicurist stated he wouldn't grate off the dead skin on my heels. Since when does a pedicure not include that? I've been to many places and a basic pedicure is usually $25 and includes grating off, shaving off, or using a pumice stone to work on the dead skin. I ended up paying the extra $10 because I wasn't about to leave with the same heels I came in with, but I will not be returning to this facility based on their business practice.

Please do not come to this nail salon! They are rude and unprofessional they speak about you in their language.... I'm extremely unsatisfied with my nails. I chose one color pink.... I wanted the same...
Please do not come to this nail salon! They are rude and unprofessional they speak about you in their language.... I'm extremely unsatisfied with my nails. I chose one color pink.... I wanted the same color for my toes and fingers when completely I put them together to compare my nails and toes and they were completely different color. Instead of apologizing Tony the owner didn't even tell me that he will fix this issue he kept insisting they are the same color then told his fellow co workers to say the same thing. I come here to relax and didn't get that. By the way Good luck requesting a receipt he doesn't give one!

I only go here for convenience and my girls love their chairs. They have the best color selection in the area. But I can agree with the other reviews and say their skills are not good. My shellac and ...
I only go here for convenience and my girls love their chairs. They have the best color selection in the area. But I can agree with the other reviews and say their skills are not good. My shellac and my gel overlay always peels and chips within first week. Maybe Tony should be the only employee.

I was brought here for a surprise pedi and they are truly amazing. Jong was working with my nasty feet and they turned out beautiful We will definitely be back!

Didn't get what I wanted for design the last few times I went and not only that when I went to get my manicure taken off they took a manicure tip and just pried the nails off without soaking them. Aft...
Didn't get what I wanted for design the last few times I went and not only that when I went to get my manicure taken off they took a manicure tip and just pried the nails off without soaking them. After a few winces and unhappy stares I finally got the thumbs soaked. But let me tell you I could have pried them off better myself at home. Acrylic was still left on, my one nail was bloody by the time I got home and they still charged me 10 dollars for it. Will be finding a new salon!

Made an appointment for 2 pedis. We soaked in luke warm water for 15 minutes before the first pedi started. Asked and received warmer water at that point. The second pedi never happened! Another guest was seated and received her pedi right next to us immediately. I asked about ours and a lady finally came over after 40 minutes of waiting. I declined at that time. Very disappointed and highly recommend avoiding this place. Not impressed at all!

They are very dirty they don't sanitize their tools. The owner has an attitude problem she keeps talking in her language to other workers.

I was so disappointed to learn that when we got there tonight, I was told that because we were a 'group' that we could only get the manicure. What?!?! What kind of business is that? Won't be back.

Me and my friend went here yesterday to get the same nails done even came with a picture. I told her on the ring fingers I wanted all different sized diamonds and for them to be scattered. Then she goes on too use the same size and stack them in lines, at that point.. too late to fix. The point finger is easy to execute the diamonds just shape the nail? Well... that turned out even worse. WE PAYED $50 and tipped $10, FOR THIS?!!!! Do not WASTE your money here.

Scary place in the corner, if you decide to go...don't go by yourself at night. overall, I am sooooo unpleased. I just went somewhere because all I needed was a simple color change! That didn't even happen.. he didn't clean the polish he got on the sides. Just unbelievable! When I asked him, he did ONE finger in each hand.. LIKE REALLY? (if i wasn't in a good mood, probably would have asked for my tip back...lol!)

Worst ever!!!!I have posted pics of my foot after receiving a pedi/ mani at this location. My foot started swelling immediately and after a few days ended up in urgent care with a bill of $357.00 after the visit and med. The Dr's stated that I had an infection from the pedicure. When I called the salon to try to resolve the issue peacefully. The owner agreed to meet me there and did not show. Noone knew where she was and didn't return my call. The overall cleanliness should have warned me. There were tears and rips in everyone of the pedicure massage chairs. BEWARE!!!!!

This used to be my go to nail salon for a very long time but I decided to start going somewhere closer to my house. I decided to try them again and wow! Service is seriously slacking and prices have gone up. They argue with customers in front of everyone and get mad if you ask them to fix something you don't like...it's my money so I want my nails the way I like them! I had the unfortunate pleasure of getting my nails done by someone who seriously did not give a crap about how my nails looked. He rushed his way through it all and the results clearly showed! The lights aren't very bright so I didn't see how horrible they actually looked until I was out in the sun light! I had to get to class so I didn't have time to go back inside and complain but I wouldn't want to either, I watched them basically kick out a customer who didn't like the shape he was making on her nails. He told her to move and go wait for someone else, but no one else came...so she walked out. It's so sad because they used to be the best nail salon around! They seriously need to get it together! Two stars because I really like the lady that always greets everyone and because it could have possibly been a really long and hard day? I don't know, but that was a really horrible experience and I hope they fix some of these issues soon.

They did a nice job on my pedicure, but I can't help but feel I got swindled into paying the extra $10 for the spa pedicure instead of the basic. Didn't get what I wanted for design the last few times I went and not only that when I went to get my manicure taken off they took a manicure tip and just pried the nails off without soaking them. After a few winces and unhappy stares I finally got the thumbs soaked. But let me tell you I could have pried them off better myself at home. Acrylic was still left on, my one nail was bloody by the time I got home and they still charged me 10 dollars for it. Will be finding a new salon!

Another guest was seated and received her pedi right next to us immediately. I asked about ours and a lady finally came over after 40 minutes of waiting. I declined at that time.
