Hours on the door say they are open on Saturdays at 9:00 and walk-ins welcome. I took my son there at 10:47 and they weren't open. As I was walking to car another women was walking up. I thought it might be another customer. The women then opened the door so she must work there. She could have acknowledged that she saw us there and that she would be open momentarily. Where is the customer service these days. I'll not even attempt to use this salon again

Hours on the door say they are open on Saturdays at 9:00 and walk-ins welcome. I took my son there at 10:47 and they weren't open. As I was walking to car another women was walking up. I thought it might be another customer. The women then opened the door so she must work there. She could have acknowledged that she saw us there and that she would be open momentarily. Where is the customer service these days. I'll not even attempt to use this salon again

I started seeing Jennifer in 2015 and she's my go-to stylist. She is a good listener and knows color. I especially like that she does not try to fill our time with small talk, yet she's very friendly with just the right amount of conversation. She's low key, just how I like it.

1st time at Beau Nash. Jennifer Bertram did my hair and I absolutely loved it! She listened to what I wanted and did exactly what I asked. The color, cut, and style was perfect. I always have a difficult time with color but she hit it on the nail. I will be going to her from now on.

When I went in my hair looked good~~when I left it looked like Crap!! I only wanted the back trimmed up~ended up with the sides cut and the worst cut bangs ever!!! The smell of nails being done is ove...
When I went in my hair looked good~~when I left it looked like Crap!! I only wanted the back trimmed up~ended up with the sides cut and the worst cut bangs ever!!! The smell of nails being done is overwhelming and I ended up with a sinus infection~~way to toxic in this place and people wonder how they got cancer~~Dahhh!!! For $35 I should of gotten what I ask for!! What a waste of time & $$

I never made a appointment as when I inquired the cost of a hair cut, I was informed it STARTS OUT at $35!!!! Good Grief, my hair is barely shoulder length. When I asked if that was determined by the length of hair I was told No, ALL haircuts Start OUT at $35...Needless to say, that way out of my budget. I'll be going to Hair Cutz on Davison Rd, there I can have my hair trimmed for a reasonable $15.

1st time at Beau Nash. Jennifer Bertram did my hair and I absolutely loved it! She listened to what I wanted and did exactly what I asked. The color, cut, and style was perfect. I always have a difficult time with color but she hit it on the nail. I will be going to her from now on.
