I was so depressed because my son had passed away. I was not sure what to do or where to go. It was recommended that I go to Affinity Day Spa just to relax. I called for a set of nails and was given a same day appt. by Becky. She talked with me and calmed me down, even allowing me to come back when I messed one up for a repair. The next day was just as bad. Tonya allowed me to come for a pedicure. What a great relief. These two ladies were my saviors. I was at my end. I was sent their by a friend. But, I know they were put there in my path to save me. Thank you Affinity Day Spa for having such caring woman working in the spa when I was so desperate. I will definitely be back. Very nicely decorated. A real spa feel. I had a nice massage and sat in the sauna for a little bit. I would definitely go back. Only reason i gave a 4 instead of a 5 was the hand & foot scrub. Its a $35 charge for 20 minutes additional to your massage. I would think that fingers & toes would be included in a hand and foot scrub. Definitely not worth the $35. Read Less

I like my stylist Marissa..she does a wonderful job. However, I was discouraged to find out she would have to charge me 20% more when I presented my gift card that my husband gave me for Christmas. I don't understand company policy in charging more for gift card services for the stylists renting. My husband wasn't too happy either when I shared that info. Read Less

Sarah L has don't a great job on my hair, I don't trust many people with my hair, I am very busy with work and my family to find time for my self is hard, first visit was less than 2 week ago to get my hair cut just a random idea and Sarah did great, I returned this pass Sunday with my step daughter (which is awesome they are open on Sundays!!!) She did amazing on my hair and did great on my step daughters. She is very patient and polite!! Would highly recommend her! Read Less

Just had my first experience at this salon with Joanna and I’m so happy I got her! She did my hair exactly how I wanted. She was so pleasant and nice and it made the whole experience really nice. Sometimes stylists are stuck up or treat you like you don’t know hair talk, and she made me feel comfortable and understood exactly what I wanted after showing her some pictures. I was scheduled for an acrylic nail appointment and toenail polish change for Saturday the 8th. I went in for my appointment and they claimed I was scheduled for the following Saturday even though I specifically scheduled it for that day. I have senior pictures this week and needed them done. I rescheduled for Monday morning at 9:15. When I came back that Monday, the lady took me back and told me that she wouldn't have time to do my toenails EVEN THOUGH THAT WAS PART OF MY APPOINTMENT. She didn't ask how I wanted my acrylics shaped and they were all filled differently. After all that chaos it was 70 dollars!!!! Insane amount for a crappy job. We went this last Wednesday for pedicure and manicure for a birthday. It's Saturday and polish is off. It was not a spa experience at all for either one of us. I've been getting my nails done by Staci for many years. She is very talented and very good! I've never had a issue with lifting or anything. I've never felt rushed during an appointment, it's always relaxing and fun! She has a great personality and is always friendly. I recently slammed my finger in a door so hard it cracked my entire nail right down the middle, it was scary. I didn't know what to do. Wear a bandaid for 8+ months until it grew out?  But, Staci saved my nail!  No more bandaid no pain and you can't even tell I broke it. She rocks!! Even though I've been getting my nails done for years, I just recently got a couple pedicures from Staci. WOW amazing why did I wait so long?! She's the best you won't be disappointed. Read Less

I come to Affinity to see Casey and I love her!!! Affinity is pretty nice and I haven't had any problems with the staff. My two problems with Affinity are the music (which is never consistent) and the fact that they dont have free wi-fi. The music is usually oldies which i don't really think fits with the image of the salon. I feel the same about the wi-fi, it is rare these days to go to an up-to-date business that doesn't offer free wi-fi. Especially when you are there for a couple of hours. Read Less

My friend and I brought our 5 year old daughters in for a "Mother daughter" princess Mani and Pedi. The salon was beautiful, the nail tech was sweet and was wonderful and patient with the children especially when they couldn't make up their minds when it came to the choice in color(s). However the end result was horrible. After the salon, we got lunch, came home and when my daughter ran with excitement to show daddy her nails, the polish had rubbed off. For 42 dollars, I expected the polish to last. I asked the nail tech how long it would hold up and she said "1 week". Maybe that should be changed to 1 hour. I expected better for the price and will never come back. 42 bucks is a lot of money for a child's mani and pedi. * I should add, my friend got her nails and toes done but the time constraint I passed on getting mine done. I was glad I did especially knowing my friend spent 100++ dollars on her nails and they looked awful too. Read Less

My mom treated my sister and I to a girls spa day when I was in town for Thanksgiving.  Affinity was easy to find and we were greeted right away when walking in.  We were taken back to the dressing room area where they had big, plush robes waiting for us.  Once we got into our robes, we sat in a sitting area and waited just a few minutes for the massage therapists.  My massage was fantastic.  The room was the perfect temperature with a heated table.  The therapist did a great job of asking my needs and checking on me throughout the hour.  When finished, we sat in a sauna while waiting to get mani pedis.  We got back into our clothes and were taken to the salon area.  The massage chairs were great and the pedicures were nice, except there was no massage for the legs, which is my favorite part.  Also, the ladies took a long break in the middle of our pedicures, leaving us wondering if they were ever coming back.  We still had to get manicures and the process was taking much longer than expected.  I was disappointed by the manicure, and again lack of massage.  I would recommend the massage services, but I would not go back for manicure or pedicure.  To me, it was not worth the cost.  The entire salon was comfortable and decorated nicely, the atmosphere was pleasing.
