Tina did a great job. Friendly and attentive. VIP mani/pedi well worth it - the lotion, massage, hot stones, and paraffin treatment left my hands and feet feeling great. I was the last person in the salon and at no point did I feel rushed. Looking forward to going back.

I always leave VIP Nails with beautiful looking nails. Tina and her co-worker always do an excellent job. They are always very friendly and you feel welcome immediately. And I like the fact that she works fast and I am in and out of there in no time at all. Definitely recommend this establishment!

Unfortunately no one can speak English well enough for you to understand what you are actually getting. Our final price was outrageous because they egged us on without us knowing what they were saying...
Unfortunately no one can speak English well enough for you to understand what you are actually getting. Our final price was outrageous because they egged us on without us knowing what they were saying; they just kept adding things without our consent. They were very rough, unfriendly, and the entire staff made you feel uncomfortable. Plus the nail polish is specialized so YOU can't get it off without owning their store's nail polish remover. Their polish ruined my nails. I will never go back.

I went in to have new shellac color put on, meaning i had old color on. She sat me down and had me soak my nails in water for like 20 minutes and then came over to see that i did have shellac on. She...
I went in to have new shellac color put on, meaning i had old color on. She sat me down and had me soak my nails in water for like 20 minutes and then came over to see that i did have shellac on. She then hastily took the bowl all the while shaking her head and making that tapping noise with her tongue like *I* did something wrong! This was my first time there.. how do I know what their procedure is?! While scraping off the old shellac the lady was being rough and made me bleed! Her hand slipped and the metal thing cut me open. She then was using the cuticle clippers and nicked me, making me bleed again! I was trying not to be the pesky client, but then she put alcohol on my nails! I had to soak my fingers in a bowl of water to help the stinging of alcohol on open wounds. I am so glad i didnt get a pedicure like i originally wanted. I will never return.
