I’ve tried this place a few times and finally won’t be going back. I called to make an appointment specifically with Kelly, the owner, because the last few times I had gone, the younger men who work there were very sloppy and rough with my nails. I waited an extra week more then I wanted, to specifically get an appointment with Kelly to do my nail removal and shellac manicure. Once I got there, kelly was late and I waited 25 minutes past my appointment time. Ok fine, no big deal. However, once Kelly had removed my nails she looked at me and asked, “it’s okay if someone else does your manicure, right? It doesn’t have to be me?” Umm talk about put on the spot! Not wanting to be rude I said that was fine but was actually fuming on the inside and then once again, was handed off to the same man I was worried about ending up again with which is WHY I made the appointment with Kelly! And Kelly proceeded to go do a pedicure on a different client who had walked in! Talk about unprofessional! The guy Kelly rudely handed me off to was once AGAIN extremely rough with my nails and this time, actually cut me extremely deep on my pointer nail finger, to the point it bled. I will NEVER be going back to this ridiculous excuse for a salon and I would suggest you save yourself the time, pain AND the money by not going here!!

Worst experience! Had an appointment at 11:30am. Didn’t get seen till 12:15pm! Never acknowledged us or aploligized for the long wait. After verifying with 3 different people that they can do the gel we wanted found out they don’t have it after waiting for 45 minutes!! None of this would have been that big of a deal if they weren’t so rude and unapologetic for our waisted time!

Lem did my nails. I had a full set of gel nails applied and I had gel acrylic stuck all over my skin. Once they started growing out I realized that he did not file the acrylic near the cuticle down enough and they looked super thick and unnatural. Also, I was charged an outrageous amount of money. He did not tell me in advance that I would be charged for two different Polish colors which I think is absolutely ridiculous. Needless to say, I will never go back to nail masters.

My mom and I went in last Friday to have full sets put on. Kelly did my mom's nails and did a fantastic job. She was nice, helpful, and great at applying acrylic nails. However, the gentleman that did my nails was a bit rough. 2 of my fingers were cut by the drill, 5 fingers bled from where the skin had been glued down, and the skin around all my fingers were scratched up from the buffing block. Both of us were charged $5 more than what we were quoted.

6/6/2016 "Lem" did my gel fill and shellac polish. Soon I discovered some miniscule dips and ridges. I did not have time to return to the salon and address the issue.7/6/2016 I went to a differnet salon for a fill and when the Nail Masters shellac application was removed, there were small areas where no powder had been applied and I had slight green, yellow and blue discoloration on my nail beds. I had all of the gel removed, I believe I had the start of a funus from the Nail Masters appointment.

They even gave me and my boyfriend a fantastic recommendation on a sushi restaurant(ju sushi)!! They were absolutely amazing in every way and I can't wait to get my nails done by them again! I won't go anywhere else ever again!!

Kelly did my acrylics and she was the best! I loved that she was so meticulous and took her time to make sure my nails were all uniform and shaped perfectly, even though the salon was busy. I've been to other places that charge more and rush you out the door and do not show any attention to detail. I'm so glad I found someone to do my nails that is much a perfectionist as I am!

After reading the other reviews, I expected to be very happy with coming here. I made an appointment for my mom and me for a shellac manicure. We arrived on time and I was seen right away, while she sat for 40 minutes waiting for me. They did not acknowledge her or aplogize for not having enough staff available for us to get our nails done together. I gave one star because my nails do look good, but am very disappointed with customer service. We won't be returning.

This is my definite go-to nail salon! I love its impeccably clean nature and attentive staff. When you first come in, you immediately feel the relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The chairs are highly comfortable, they have a great array of nail polish collections (my favorites being Essie and OPI), and the price is pretty reasonable! I normally don't like to be bothered when I get my nails done (and sometimes prefer to sleep it through), and the workers here are very sweet enough to not disturb my "alone" time. I love the option that you can either talk to them or just do your own thing, which I feel in other salons, you feel obligated to talk to them. I highly recommend this place! You will NOT be disappointed :)

My nails are perfect. Ask for Renee, she is very attentive to cleanliness and is a perfectionist but does not take forever! My toes are even perfect. I wouldn't trust anyone else in this area to do my nails again. Really glad I gave this place a try.

I’ve tried this place a few times and finally won’t be going back. I called to make an appointment specifically with Kelly, the owner, because the last few times I had gone, the younger men who work there were very sloppy and rough with my nails. I waited an extra week more then I wanted, to specifically get an appointment with Kelly to do my nail removal and shellac manicure. Lem did my nails. I had a full set of gel nails applied and I had gel acrylic stuck all over my skin. Once they started growing out I realized that he did not file the acrylic near the cuticle down enough and they looked super thick and unnatural. Also, I was charged an outrageous amount of money. Kelly did my acrylics and she was the best! I loved that she was so meticulous and took her time to make sure my nails were all uniform and shaped perfectly, even though the salon was busy. I've been to other places that charge more and rush you out the door and do not show any attention to detail. I'm so glad I found someone to do my nails that is much a perfectionist as I am!

This is my definite go-to nail salon! I love its impeccably clean nature and attentive staff. When you first come in, you immediately feel the relaxing and inviting atmosphere. The chairs are highly comfortable, they have a great array of nail polish collections (my favorites being Essie and OPI), and the price is pretty reasonable! I normally don't like to be bothered when I get my nails done (and sometimes prefer to sleep it through), and the workers here are very sweet enough to not disturb my "alone" time.
