I can't say enough bad things about this place. Horrible service. Horrible quality. Not friendly. Doesn't greet you when you walk in. They make you wait hours, yes HOURS, even when you have an appointment. I had a maternity photo shoot I booked my nails weeks in advance for with the owner they call Quarter, & I show up & they say he's out of town. No call or anything to let me know. I was left stuck with barely any time to find a place who was able to fit me in as my maternity photoshoot was the next morning. My most recent time I made an appointment with Quin & received the worst service. 2 days later my "gel acrylic" nails are all chipped and falling off which I've never had happen. The polish was done so quickly & all sloppy. The nails were all different shapes & sizes. It's only been a couple days & I'm booking an appt elsewhere to change them. Waste of money. Absolute WORST customer service I have ever seen in my entire life, I cannot stress it enough. I was a regular, too. I've given them SO many chances & every single time, I am disappointed. Finally gave this place a try since it is very close to my house.  Others have told me it is pretty good, so i decided to get a pedicure there.I was wildly unimpressed.  They were pretty busy when my friend and I walked in, luckily we has an appointment so we didn't wait long.  However, when we walked in, we were not greeted right away, that is a huge pet-peeve of mine. I was also pretty disappointed in the polish selection, I don't do gel on my toes, and there wasn't very many options.The pedicure was fine.  Nothing spectacular, to be honest, I felt like it was a little rushed.  I didn't get to soak my feet very long and then she kinda rushed through it.Overall, this place is okay, and if I am in a pinch, I may go back. How many times can you give something a chance before realizing that this place sucks...1...2...3 times? I first tried this place because it's very close to my house. I went in for a pedicure and they literally spent just 10 minutes.  The whole point of getting a pedicure is to relax and enjoy, and not trying to kick you out after 10 minutes. The second time, I figured I would get a mani and pedi, maybe I'll have better luck with a different person. The mani and pedi were both terrible. Each nail was crooked, different lengths and polish was left on my skin. I had to ask them to clean it up multiple times. A year went by and out of desperation in the winter I stopped by here again. Came in when I was in town with my MIL and they took us right away even though they were busy with the holiday traffic. The owner was singing and they had music videos playing and the environment was very friendly. I will definitely make this my spot when I'm in town. Read Less

This is a great find. I came here for a new nail atmosphere and to see if they could do a good acrylic fill. When I walked in they were very busy so there was a little bit of a wait but that just showed me that they must be very good. They have a great nail polish selection! I showed the nail tech a picture of the shape I wanted and he did it perfectly! I'm very pleased with the price and the overall outcome of my first visit. I've been coming here for 6 months and I've had consistently GREAT service. Fantastic shellac manis and normal pedis. They really pay attention to detail which is important in something like a manicure where any tiny mistake can make a difference. Love Glamour Nails and recommend it to everyone I know. My one and only place for a mani pedi! I won't mention who my favorite manicurist is because I believe they are all pretty good. I started going here back when they first opened up shop and it's been great to see how they have flourished over the years.The only down side is they are closed on Sunday and I would suggest making an appointment. I have been to many Nail Salons and I have to say this is the best place from Customer Service to the Quality. So much entertainment while I was there. You got to check them out or just stop in and sing Karaoke with them. Read Less
