I called & made an appointment for 3 people for gel mani/pedi. We waited an hour and 15 minutes with our feet in cold water before our pedicures were started. They were running out of product too. The salt scrub stuff was gone so the girl sucked up my feet water Into the bottle and squirted it on my legs.. They barely sanded the skin on my feet and it looks like my 7 year old painted them with polish slopped all over my cuticles. Then I got a gel manicure and the polish has dents and bubbles all over it and again polish on my cuticles. They were very busy and obviously short handed but that’s not my issue. The young girl who did my work was very inexperienced and probably not even licensed yet. All of this to the tune of a $100 bill when done and was THEN told they only accept cash or check. I am always impressed with the patience and kindness you always show while we are there . I have never left disappointed and always look forward to my 2 week visit. My mother-in-law came here for a fill and were charged $80 for both of us . We got a trim and a color and that was it. Will definetly go back to Foxy nails where we were only charged $20/each. Disappointed. Read Less

No problem until last week. Drove to Cold water from Sturgis for years to have jenny do my nails. My life changed so I found someone in my area to save time, money and mileage. Was in town last week so I stopped in. The daughter(?) told me it would be $35 for a fill and the super cateye polish. She told me the polish would still be the same and not extra. I opted for a new set and knew it would be a little bit more because of the new set. She used a pearly nail. (I didn't a...sk for that since they were be ing covered.) was shocked when she finished and charged me $60. for the set. $60!? I used to get a new set of gel with the special tips for $50. Two days later my polish was bubbling up because the nails had a rough, ridged and lumpy finish. I ended up having to go get my nails polished at my place in my area since two nails gummy polish peeled off my nails. It's been quite a while since I've been here, but my last experience was amazing. My aunt took me to get gel nails and a pedicure. I seriously loved it. My feet felt amazing for weeks afterwords. The gentleman that did my nails listened to me and did exactly as I requested. (I asked him to not clip my real nails and not to file the top of my nails a lot) I'm planning on scheduling an appointment to get gel nails and a pedicure soon. Loved this place. I've been there a few times and they are all so very friendly. And they joke around with you. They do excellent work. The only people that write bad reviews and complain are the prissy people that have attitudes and expect everyone to kiss their rumps all the time... I had the owner do my nails and charged me 45.00 to have me lose all nails in less the 2 weeks and she rush to do them since she had four other people she was doing at the same time and my nail has dips in them.... just don't go there they do really bad work and over price for bad work!!!!!!!!!!
